Revops used to be a fantastic experience. We had one on one access to the support team, the ability to get quick answers as the product expanded and was refined. There were a fair share of bugs and hiccups, however they could be responded to in a timely fashion. We worked with them to pioneer new functionality and interfaces to add more value and speed to the close process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since the Maxio acquisition, it's been atrocious. We've had game-breaking bugs, sales stopping bugs, and the support is non existent. We pay for premium support and have only had that removed. Kicked out of slack channels and deferred to AI Bots that put in tickets that take HOURS or DAYS to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
