It's was recently acquired by Maxio and now I don't think we have the same level of contact with the product team when it's lacking features that we need and support has become a lot less personable (we had a slack support channel and now its just email)

**What do you like best about RevOps?**

Revops used to be a fantastic experience.  We had one on one access to the support team, the ability to get quick answers as the product expanded and was refined.  There were a fair share of bugs and hiccups, however they could be responded to in a timely fashion.  We worked with them to pioneer new functionality and interfaces to add more value and speed to the close process.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

Since the Maxio acquisition, it's been atrocious.  We've had game-breaking bugs, sales stopping bugs, and the support is non existent.  We pay for premium support and have only had that removed.  Kicked out of slack channels and deferred to AI Bots that put in tickets that take HOURS or DAYS to resolve.

**What problems is RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revops used to be a great product and now has too many internal errors.  We were benefitted by its robust list of options and services and now we can't be sure a customer will be able to sign an agreement on any given day.

**What do you like best about RevOps?**

RevOps has totally streamlined our QTC process - we were using systems that weren't totally connected to create quotes and order forms, and everything had to go to approval since we couldn't trust the tools on their own. We've now totally streamlined the creation of orders to RevOps.io - reps and CSMs keep saying how much they prefer this process. It's a few clicks and everything auto-populates for them, and writes back to our CRM, and they can trust the data is accurate. We've managed to automate approval for some of our templates and products. The coding/calculation abilities for SKUs has also been super neat to set up - we were able to move our implementation fee calculator off of a GSheet into RevOps.io.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

Would like there to be more flexibility of templates and modules in a drag-and-drop fashion. Also currently limited reporting - would like to see how much we're discounting, how often, on what SKUs, etc.

**What problems is RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the approvals process that typically took long beforehand. Making sure reps are accurately dispalying information to a customer, keeping it super simple for a rep to select SKUs and discount.

Nothing, I have evaluated 5-7 similiar softwares in the market and I have been using RevOps now for over 3 years. Nothing compares in my opinion.

**What problems is RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RevOps.io solves everything from Proposal Creation, Contract Signing, Pricing SKUs, terms and conditions, branding, roles and permission within the deal desk, out of the box financial reporting formulas and more. It's direct integration with Salesforce allows for us to not duplicate anywork and keep our systems consistently in sync. Their support is bar none the best I have experienced in this space and they will always go the extra mile to ensure you're running smoothly. After my first implementation of a week or so with them, I was off in running by myself in my next roles. I have implemented at two companies now and am not thinking about changing it at all.

**What do you like best about RevOps?**

Great support from Dan and the customer success team in getting the platform to do what we needed it to do in terms of price controls. Very intuitive to set up and administer. Delivers strong pricing controls and dynamic approval workflows based on the changes to pricing and terms. Connected smoothly to Hubspot to prepopulate our deal info for each contract, and synced back quickly and accurately. Based on daily usage, we've pushed the CPQ functionality to the brink and come away impressed and satisfied each time.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

We'd like additional flexibility with signature line placement for attached agreements, as well as the ability to choose the order in which the order form appears in a document bundle. Additionally, expanded use of rich text instead of markdown text would be appreciated. However, neither of these items detract from the quality of the CPQ experience.

All the benefits of CPQ, but useable and configurable without being a salesforce developer. We've used RevOps since our sales team was 2, and it's easily scaled with us up to 10. We use it daily and are able to relatively seamlessly train both new reps and new administrators as we grow.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

My only mild feedback is wishing there was a "diff view" so our dealdesk team could see what reps have changed between iterations of order forms.

**What do you like best about RevOps?**

RevOps has been a great tool for us after migrating from PandaDoc. It helps us to achieve two things:

a) Create and edit contracts for multiple entities lightning fast
b) Build the sequential approval processes around it to ensure our business requirements (discounts granted etc. are met)

What I love most about the platform is its term library, you can build out different terms and easily add/remove them to a contract. This makes red-line edits for us mega fast (e.g. logo usage approved by client vs. approved on written renewal). By building out an extensive term library we can make red-line edits pretty self-sufficient for our AEs. A second thing to mention is that you have internal contract collaboration so different stakeholders can comment and discuss red-lines requested, discounts granted, etc.
On top, very impressed with their integration to DocuSign, you don't even need a DocuSign contract, as it comes with their subscription. After introducing revops.io, we also launched a dedicated deal-desk slack channel, and all comments/signature updates/views get synced to that channel, helping to bring transparency to our paper process.

One last thing I want to mention: We had a couple of for us specific feature requests and the team always listened and tried to find a way to squeeze it into their roadmap, we have experienced a very dedicated support level.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

The tool is pretty technical, and some features are well-thought-through, but even though I'd say I am a technical person (CRM admin) I struggle to immediately understand all features and how they could benefit us as a company. In my opinion, this holds us back from leveraging the platform even more.

**What problems is RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use RevOps for our internal approval flows, contract red-lining, and collaboration around contracts & MNDAs. It helped us to bring more transparency into our approval flows and thus improved our deal-desk function.

Great documentation and straight-forward to setup on your own; Support team is fantastic and is very quick with replies. It was simple and easy to integrate SFDC and RevOps. Sales team uses RevOps on a daily basis to simplify the CPQ process.

Some of the advanced customizations utilize RevOps' specific syntax, so there's a little bit of a learning curve.

RevOps is fliexible and easy to use. We can get reps going in minutes, not hours.  The team is also super responsive to feedback and makes changes based on what's best for us and what we need~

It's a little basic to look at, I always wish we could jazz it up in fonts, colors etc.

We used to use HubSpot quotoing but our product mix was just to complex to show correctly and confused our customers. This tool gives us the flexiblity to show quotes how we want and still use the HubSpot functionality of Line item for billing tools.

**What do you like best about RevOps?**

I was introduced to Revops.io as we looked for a simple CPQ tool for our Sales teams. Revops.io was very easy to implement and administer internally. With a little initial help from their team, we were up and running in no time.
Prior to Revops.io we were manually reviewing and approving deals. With the growth planned for our team, we did not see this as sustainable.

With implementing auto approval workflows, we have been able to accelerate deal approvals by approximately 20% .

Revops.io has a wonderful and collaborative team. They have been tremendous partners as we continue to grow and scale our business.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

Reporting and analytics are still in beta, I believe, and could use a little work, but we are accomplishing what we need by bringing the information into Salesforce.
Improvements to discount workflows were just released and waiting for the leveling workflows.
Overall we are happy!

**What do you like best about RevOps?**

The flexibility of the templates and ease of administration. My team prefers we have prebaked templates for our different deal types and RevOps makes it very easy for us to accomplish this. We have a slack channel that connects our team directly with their technical team. Our Account Manager is always SO fast to respond (shout out to Dan, he's the greatest) and they are always willing to answer our questions and work with us.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

There's not really anything I dislike about the tool. There are things I wish it had  (maybe better template versioning), but honestly any feedback we give to the RevOps team, they either already have something in the works to improve or they put it on their list to fit into their roadmap at some point. I don't have anything negative to say about the tool.

**What problems is RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we were working out of word documents for our contract templates, which means version control can spin out of control fast. We were finding there were different versions of our templates everywhere, and reporting on contracts was hard for two reasons: every deal was custom in a sense because all of our templates were out of whack, and none of our data automatically synced into our sfdc fields. We had to depend on our reps to put it in, which gives lots of room for human error or humans just not doing it. Now we have solid template control, we can be confident all contracts are signed on the most up-to-date version, and we're confident all of the correct contract data writes directly back to our CRM. We were also finding that reps were forgetting to re-upload signed contracts into sfdc so finding them all again was a pain as they were mostly in someone's inbox. RevOps uploads a signed version to the opportunity immediately. That's made a huge difference for us.

Easy to integrate with Salesforce. You can easily create and map fields and SKUs from RevOps to your CRM.
Users can easily understand how to build out their deals by adding terms, products, and tables.
Easy to prorate deals and create step-up deals over several years.
Great support team with a slack channel that answers questions in under an hour.
Can override the list price to a custom list price.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

Commenting feature could use some work. You only get alerted when someone @ your name. People often forget to reply with someone's name tagged.
The end customer can't reassign the signer once the deal is in flight. It has to be changed by our team.
We cannot fully unsync a deal from Revops to CRM.
It does not have an option for quoting several different pricing options. You cannot give additional quotes for 1 vs 2 vs 3 years.

**What problems is RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales orders for our customers to sign. It's our CPQ solution and is much easier than the word docs we manually created in the past. Makes the approval process and tracking much easier.

I think there is some room for improvement in the documentation and (this may be my fault) but I find myself testing in Production, which is not ideal in many scenarios.

Deal Approval - pretty good deal logic for approvals

RevOps has really helped manage and standardize our orders. It's straightforward to use and has a good amount of customization (with different workflows, etc.). The support team is extremely responsive and helpful with any questions, issues, set-up, etc. that we have!

There's nothing I really dislike about RevOps - there's some small bugs, but the team is always helpful and responsive with work arounds, or has let us know it's on their roadmap.

I like that I can seamlessly link the existing Opp from Salesforce, and then just continue working in RevOps on this, chopping and changing numbers and details as needed (it's quite a bit faster than working in Salesforce).

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

Not sure if this is poor implementation on our side, or a limitation, but it feels like some fields could/should be filled in on Opp import - I find myself having to fill in things like addresses manually a lot.

**What problems is RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RevOps enables me to get quotes out easily, and with DocuSign linked, accelerates the turnaround on this on average. I therefore spend less time hacking away at quotes and more time on making more deals!

Deal desk functionality is super easy. The ability to implement complicated pricing structures automatically is huge. Easy to collaborate with our team.

Sometime we don't get notifications on approvals, but that's rare and often related to reps not @ mentioning someone in a comment.

Complicated contracting process with many manual steps. Lack of oversight and transparency at a leadership level.

**What do you like best about RevOps?**

From the accounting side of things, RevOps has it all.  Customizable controls, customizable SKUs, flexible discounting, individualized approvals depending on the specific situation . . . . We had been using an excel spreadsheet, which did allow the level of customization we required, but it always needed adjustments for one-off situations.  With RevOps, when a new situation occurs, I can change the configuration once to account for it, and then use that same configuration every other time going forward.  Pricing changes happen once, and everyone has the correct pricing.  Updates to SKUs happen once, and everyone has the new details.  It's so easy.  And my auditors love it.
And the support team is amazing.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

Automation of required approvals could be improved.  I can individually request any approval necessary, but the automation to make all sales team approvals get routed through the VP of sales could use some work.  I'd also like to be able to assign specific SKUs to specific people for approvals.

**Recommendations to others considering RevOps:**

Play around with it.  It's very straightforward.

**What problems is RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit has been standardization of the CPQ process and approvals.  All sales orders have the same list pricing, the same descriptions of SKUs, the same terms, and go through the same review and approval process.  No more one-off situations at the end of the quarter.

**What do you like best about RevOps?**

The RevOps team is eager to help us understand how to best use their product and eager to hear how they can improve to better serve their customers. Their flexible tools allow us to present Order Forms to customers in a clear and concise manner while allowing flexibility for many deal terms.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

RevOps is still a fairly early-stage product, so more nuanced deal terms are not supported or cannot be presented optimally. This is balanced out by the areas they excel in, and they've shown a strong desire to improve based on feedback.

**What problems is RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to move away from manually created Word doc Order Forms to a streamlined system that was both clear and consistent but also allowed information to flow between systems to reduce errors. This has been a huge success outside the in-progress features from RevOps where we do still have some manual processes.

We use it on top of Salesforce (they also integrate with Hubspot) to process and execute the vast majority of our deals. Continued agility: As our deal needs evolve, we can quickly identify and fold new deal customizations into first-class "terms" that we can roll back out to the team in a structured, policy-compliant way without major follow-on implementations

Reps love it: Many of our reps have been scarred by experiences in prior roles working with incumbent tools like Salesforce CPQ, Conga, etc. These are the reps who advocate most loudly for our RevOps implementation, which they say feels like "modern" software. RevOps is on a path to deliver lightning-fast collaboration between deal desk, managers and reps the way Google Docs/Sheets revolutionized the email + Microsfot Word/Excel workflow.

**What do you dislike about RevOps?**

RevOps is still a young platform with some of the growing pains one might expect. There are occasional UI and integration quirks that we experience, but these challenges have gotten better over time. Their team is highly engaged in investment in the platform and every few weeks we see the product improving. in addition, some of our most complex deal workflows, including multiple cross-functional approvals and executing agreements outside of our templates, are not well supported in the product today. Overall, our challenges with RevOps can and will be addressed through continued investment in the platform. Despite these challenges, the platform is still very popular internally and high-impact because it allows reps to accurately generate 75%+ of our deals in under 10 minutes.

**What problems is RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RevOps is our CPQ and deal desk management solution. 90%+ of our deals run through RevOps each month, the vast majority of which can be generated by reps in under 10 minutes with no need for a deal desk escalation. In addition, we've seen our month-end bookings review process go from ~8 hours each month down to about one hour, with the number of post-execution agreement errors identified down 90% since before RevOps was implemented.

manage opportunities late cycle.  The tool is simple to navigate, and flexible to implement.  We have a unique pricing structure and RevOps was easy enough to mold to our model.  The integration with Salesforce is easy and it works.

Great alternative to other options out there.  Much easier to use vs other solutions.

RevOps is our Deal Desk!  We can create proposals and funnel them through approvals.  Once approved we can send the order right from RevOps to the customer for signature.  Everything is tracked in RevOps and has good integration to Salesforce so we are not doing duplicate entries.  We also built MNDA's into the process which made this a lot easier for the entire sales team.

Really easy to configure and get set-up. The product is both usable for simple use cases (sending proposals) as well as complex CPQ integrations with Salesforce Products. The team is amazingly responsive to support questions/requests.

There's a slight learning curve for more advanced functionality and integrations, but the team is so amazing at support that any issues were immediately handled.

We use it for Order Form/quote creation and issuance. It's helped us create quotes and order forms easily and tie those back to our CRM (Salesforce). We don't yet use their deal desk functionality but that looks fantastic as well.

Revops makes it easy for cross functional teams, product, finance, sales, etc, to collaborate. It’s easy to configure pricing schemas and integrates with our systems to provide automated invoices based on usage.

Product is still nascent but the team is super responsive and receptive to feedback for new features.
