The team and concepts behind Market DoJo are what I like best. They listened to us and then provided a flexible and simple to use solution providing a set of Procurement tools at a cost that didn't break the bank and in a timescale of a few months which enabled us to meet ISO audit expectations. The dislikes are minimal. The refresh rate when looking or searching for information can be slow as our database has grown. The platform works very well for what we use it for, both the Market Dojo and the SIM Dojo. We have not had any failures or errors in the platform which is obviously a good thing - I have a lot of confidence it can handle everything I throw at it. Another disadvantage is that it tends to be over-engineered for the simplest of RFQ activities, however, the cloning feature means once a simple RFQ type has been created, it can be duplicated quickly. I'd like to see the types and arrangement of the auctions expanded a bit more, but the main types of auctions and the options cater for all but the most complex transactions. I find the MarketDojo solution incredibly easy to use, well presented graphics and very straightforward to pick up. The system is also incredibly cost effective.
