Intuitive Yet Configurable, Slightly Challenging Upgrades

I really like Ivalua for its intuitive application and configurability. The Agentic AI feature is something I enjoy, as it helps in reducing costs and ensuring suitability across our business. The process of alignment is also a major plus for us. Additionally, I find that the reduction in keystrokes makes it more efficient. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated a lot.

All-in-One Solution with Configurable Processes

I really like Ivalua for having good overview pages, which makes it easy to manage tasks. The integration with SAP ECC is also very helpful for our operations. I appreciate the possibility to configure processes, as it allows us to tailor the platform to our needs. Having all functionalities in one platform is a big advantage, as it simplifies our workflows by having everything centralized.
