Implementation can be as quick as six months or stretched over a year depending on how complex of a configuration you would like to build. The modular licensing model makes it easy to implement the software functionality in stages that align to the various phases of the source to pay procurement lifecycle, which I like because it gives users the time to acclimate to business changes and master system functionality before being introduced to more changes. We found this really helpful to minimize short term disruptions to our business functions and allowed us to provide a state of tha long-term technology roadmap **What do you dislike about Ivalua?** Training content used to be in multiple mediums and difficult to assume, but the latest courses released in 2024 have standardized on formatting and provide more indepth hands on training. **What problems is Ivalua solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ivalua helped us eliminate a significant amount of technical debt and consolidate all activities of the procurement lifecycle under a single platform and data model. There are a lot of options for implementing the tool that allows configuration vs customizations so that is a large plus. **What do you dislike about Ivalua?** Customer base is smaller so not as many consultants to support implementations. With that said, the steady growth strategy with an investment on strong products is smart and well worth it. **What problems is Ivalua solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are in the middle of implementation so will need to come back after we finish our initial implementation.
