I like that we are able to customize the application based on the business needs of the company. For example, Bell has been able to implement and integrate the Contingent (contractor) module in Ivalua. Our Ivalua application is a tool I use daily and is currently used by most users within the company for day to day operations. I also appreciate that we can receive direct support by the maintenance team so we can flag any bugs. **What do you dislike about Ivalua?** With the Bell Ivalua application, we have frequent performance issues and time out errors. Sometimes we have EAIs that stop working out of nowhere without any recent changes done to it. **What problems is Ivalua solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ivalua is allowing us to automatize and digitalize processes that used to be long and manual work. It has also facilitated new and old processes we have. Ivalua is also allowing us to put several modules and operations into one solution, which in the past were spread out across several platforms. New features such as intake form, supplier assessment and Gen AI appears to be insightful. Great customer support from Run (maintenance) team. Ease of use as well for power users. **What do you dislike about Ivalua?** It's flexibility can cause certain downsides such as unstable testing environment and bugs. Recurring issues happening in UAT environment after test has been passed. Integrations in some cases were challenging to certain extent. **What problems is Ivalua solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ivalua serves as a good entry point for supplier registration, to then onboard them for sourcing projects and ultimately move to the contracting part. The workflows are highly configurable and allows the system to adapt to our needs and structure. Suppliers can navigate the sourcing portal to submit their bid and ask any questions to clarify their requirements. The contract module tremendously helps us to navigate through our contract repository, making the distinction between contract types and models, and allows for a better mapping of the relationship between contracts and suppliers. ### 36.
