What do you like best about Procurify?

Procurify allows users to quickly submit purchase orders or expenses in an efficient way. In particular, we’ve found several features to be especially useful, including the ability to crop screenshots in-app so only the relevant receipt information is included, and to track expenses through mileage tracking rather than relying on users to convert their own numbers.

The app is intuitive and enables users to troubleshoot on their own without needing support. It’s also quick and responsive, which helps users complete workflows efficiently. When searching for GL or account codes, the app makes it easy to view the rows, giving the person submitting the order helpful added context.

This app has been used by both staff and volunteers who are claiming expenses and making orders, and it has integrated smoothly across the organization.

From a pricing and ROI standpoint, the cost appears appropriate for the scope of work we use it for. The value comes largely from having purchasing and expense processes centralized in one platform, while reducing the amount of manual administration required from users and staff. From an end-user perspective, the strongest aspects are its usability, reliability, and ability to make routine expense and purchasing tasks straightforward. What do you dislike about Procurify?

There are a few minor technical improvements that could make the experience more polished, although none have significantly affected our day-to-day use. For example, there are occasional instances where the Submit button needs to be clicked twice before an expense or purchase request is processed.

A more meaningful improvement would be stronger draft management. The ability to create, clearly save, and return to multiple drafts would be useful when working on several purchase orders or expenses across different departments at the same time. This would make it easier to manage work in progress without having to complete each submission sequentially.

Overall, these are relatively minor usability improvements rather than major limitations, but both would make an already efficient workflow more flexible and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Procurify, expense and purchasing activity across a large network of staff and volunteers would have required much more manual tracking, follow-up, and administrative coordination. Procurify centralizes that process, allowing users to submit expenses and purchase requests through a consistent workflow while giving staff a clearer way to manage them.

The biggest benefit is the amount of administrative time it saves. Instead of relying on emails, spreadsheets, separate receipts, and manual compilation, the relevant information is captured in one system. Given the number of users involved, the cumulative time and resource savings are substantial, even if difficult to quantify precisely.

It also improves consistency and accountability by standardizing submissions, supporting documentation, and coding information. This reduces back-and-forth communication, lowers the likelihood of missing information, and makes a high volume of expenses and purchase requests much easier to manage.
