**What do you like best about Teampay?**

TeamPay has been a game changer for managing company spending. It gives me way more control and visibility without slowing anything down ... approvals are simple, transactions are easy to track, and everything stays organized in one place. It’s especially helpful for keeping teams accountable while still empowering them to move quickly. Overall, it takes a lot of the friction out of expense management and makes the whole process feel seamless.

While overall the platform is really helpful, there are a few areas that could be improved like when this auto-decline without giving a reason why.

**What problems is Teampay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teampay solves the problem of managing and tracking approvals for company expenses. Instead of having to chase down approvals, keep records, or manually submit things to finance, the platform automates the entire workflow. I can submit a request, it routes directly to my manager for approval, and once approved, it flows seamlessly to finance without any extra effort on my end. It saves me time, reduces back-and-forth, and gives me confidence that everything is tracked and handled correctly without me needing to manage it myself.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

TeamPay works really well once you understand how to use it properly. After getting familiar with the system and my company’s approval limits, the process becomes quick and straightforward. Submitting requests, tracking expenses, and staying within policy is easy as long as you enter the correct amounts and follow the guidelines. Once I figured that out, everything went through smoothly without any issues.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

Getting in touch with a live operator at TeamPay was more difficult than expected. It took several attempts before I was finally able to reach a real person, which made the process frustrating. The delay in support added unnecessary time to resolving my issue, and having easier access to a live representative would definitely improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Teampay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamPay was able to help reimburse me $100 for my work boots without any issues once everything was submitted correctly. After I followed the company’s reimbursement limit and entered the right amount, the process went through smoothly. The reimbursement was handled efficiently, and I received the approved amount in a timely manner, which made the overall experience straightforward and reliable.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I love that Teampay integrates with our accounting software QuickBooks and keeps a log of all the requests I've made and those that have been approved. I can quickly send a message to my supervisor if something hasn't been approved, explaining the item, and I can attach documentation to support my request. It also allows me to export all my transactions to an Excel sheet, making budget reconciliation easier at the end of the year. The ability to integrate with QuickBooks and export to Excel really makes my life easier and probably cuts my work in half.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

I'm not completely satisfied with the way Teampay handles multiple receipt uploads and the transaction matching. It seems like it doesn't match my transactions well. Also, we've started using Teampay cards in-store through Apple Wallet, but integrating with Amazon requires me to request multiple uses instead of single ones, and sometimes, payments get declined when shipments are billed in stages. There's also an issue with my admin team closing a card before I use the funds, which I think needs to stay open longer. This can slow down procurement because I have to make requests again.

I use Teampay for work and really appreciate its ease of use. As a manager, it helps me allow my healthcare providers to easily pay for licensing expenses, CME, flights, and hotels for work. The best part is the follow-up email from Teampay that reminds them to upload receipts. I love that I can access all the data in one place, and it's user-friendly and quick. I also like the reminders to upload receipts as it's one less thing for me to track, and I can approve my direct reports' requests and track when receipts are submitted. The ability to access and keep track of all transactions is also fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

Searching for 'missed' receipts and entries feels cumbersome. Also, having a phone number to a real customer service representative is invaluable as a last resort when chat and emails don't resolve issues.

I love using Teampay because it simplifies my work life. I use it to request funds for various needs like events and travel, and it's great because I get the money directly on my company debit card instead of having to spend my own money first. The app is fantastic as I can easily get the cash and approvals I need without knowing anyone on my finance team. The Slack notifications are awesome, making me confident that I'm not accidentally spending extra funds. Plus, the website is super intuitive and easy to use. Sometimes it sends a lot of Slack notifications and emails, but it's good to be bothered and reminded. Just making them easier to X out in Slack, one time I had to clear all unread notifications to make them go away. But really not a big deal.

I really like the temporary credit cards feature because it means I don't need to use my own credit card. It uses company money, and if I get a refund, it goes to the company. I like how intuitive this software is- from ordering lunch to boba, to getting decorations for occassions for the office and even team happy hours- I know taking care of the bill is seamless and worry-free.

Perchance a digital copy of the card can be used (and expire by a certain date) so if a team member goes to a physical site they can apple pay for the items instead of having to order ahead?

**What problems is Teampay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we'd often have to buy things for the office on our own dime then try to get reimbursed. You can imagine how much of a nightmare this is, especially in companies (from a previous role) where they would send you a check to the employee for reimbursement, that would take weeks to come. Teampay allows me and my team to create specific budget for either a one-time purchase (such as lunch for the office) or for specific purposes (uber rides for company-sanctioned events).

I find Teampay really easy to use, with just a few clicks I can pay for things using the Teampay card number and the money is directly taken from the company. This saves us a lot of time. The initial setup was also very easy.

Sometimes the options for categories the payments should be under are difficult to find the correct one. I guess sometimes team lunches are categorized as 'engagement' or something like that, when we should simply be able to choose 'team lunch'.

Teampay eliminates the hassle of using a separate card and getting reimbursed by allowing us to pay directly with a Teampay card. It's easy to use, saving us a lot of time with just a few clicks, and payments are taken directly from the company.

I like that I can easily request funds with Teampay. I also value being able to easily copy the card number with one click. It's secure because a new card is generated each time, which solves the problem of needing a physical company card. The initial setup was easy for my team.

Sometimes a website or vendor will charge the card more than once (either before or after the transaction as an authorization hold, or, to add the tip) but the card will have already closed by then creating problems with the transaction.

I use Teampay to purchase office supplies and when a virtual card is needed. It solves the problem of needing a physical company card and is secure because a new card is generated each time.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I like that Teampay helps me communicate and send invoices for work that I've done, and it also takes care of recording our expenses. I appreciate having an individualized card with my name and business on it, which allows me to spend freely with the approved amount. The ease with which I can upload receipts and track all of our finances is great, helping to keep our organizational record-keeping accurate and everything straight. The initial setup was very easy; my supervisor took down some information and within a couple of weeks, the card was in the mail and funds were loaded. I've even recommended it to a friend who was looking for a similar system.

I wish there was an app that would make it easier so that I can do it while I'm on the go and not just while I'm at my work computer.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I appreciate that Teampay is integrated with my Microsoft account, which makes it a seamless experience. I like the convenience of receiving notifications and reminders to upload receipts through a single app like Teams, which saves me time and eliminates the hassle of using multiple platforms. The easy access to my credit card transactions and balance is also beneficial. The ability to upload bulk receipts is a great feature, and I love how the system matches the receipts to charges automatically. A single login reduces hassle and adds to the convenience of using Teampay.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

I have used systems where once the expense is submitted, the transaction is automatically hidden. I know I can filter them out but it's nice to have it 'auto' filter for me so I don't have to keep manually refreshing the filter on my own. It would also be nice to have an easier way to see if a transaction is completely filled out (coded for accounting, the description, etc.) versus manually checking it. For example, if I upload bulk receipts, I have to go in and check each transaction to make sure the requirements have been met. It would be nice to upload a bunch of receipts and the transaction stays in the transaction history with a status of 'incomplete' and then once I fill out the required information, I can save it and it marks it as 'complete'. I've noticed that sometimes I miss updating the data requirements because it automatically filled it out for me and was accidentally coded wrong.

Teampay saves me time with seamless integration and single login. Notifications remind me to upload receipts, and I appreciate the bulk upload feature matching receipts to charges. I like having both a web app and a phone app that communicate with each other. It allows me to quickly snap a picture of my receipt and add it without having to use my computer. This feature saves me a lot of time, letting me focus on more important things like being with my team and handling on-the-floor issues. It also saves space on my computer since I don't have to download files.

I do think the UI on the phone app could be better. It's very basic and sometimes I'd like to be able to see more trends and data like I have on the web. I also dislike that most of the time I open the app, it prompts me to log in.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I find Teampay super easy to use. You don't have to be very tech-savvy to navigate it, which is a big plus for me. I love that I can see real-time spending on my team's Teampay credit cards and reconcile expenses really quickly. It's just a very easy application to use. The service is super valuable because it cuts down on my time; what used to take me two to three hours now takes just minutes. It allows the staff to travel easily, take pictures of their receipts, and code them properly, which I can then view and approve swiftly.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

I think Teampay could help with stress training and technical support during the application rollout. It seems like many people at my company have a negative view of Teampay, not because of the application itself, but because the company didn't provide adequate training to the staff. It would be great to lower the fees so non-profits can issue more credit cards to lower-level staff.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I love that Teampay literally walks me through what information I need to add, making it quick and easy. I don't really have to think about what is needed. The automatic approval feature is also great because I don't have to wait for my reimbursement long. It's easy to submit a reimbursement request and helps me remember all the information I need to provide for successful reimbursement. The initial setup was pretty easy, as I just logged in using our business email credentials and all was set up. Additionally, Teampay is currently integrated with our Slack.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

I wish the disbursement was quicker. From the approval, it takes about 5 business days to get the money in my account. Once approved, the disbursement should also go through at least same day so we can get the money in our accounts within 2 to 3 business days as opposed to a whole week.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I like Teampay's interface because it is easy to use, and I have the option of using it on Slack if I prefer. I'm never confused about how to submit things, and the steps are very easy to follow when submitting receipts for reimbursement or attempting to make a purchase with a generated card. I especially like the option to generate a card to use because sometimes it's better than waiting to be reimbursed, but it's great to have both options. The initial setup was also very easy, which was a positive experience.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

I wish you could submit receipts in different formats - I don't think you can submit a certain file type and I sometimes have to work around that. I also sometimes run into the issue of a purchase timing out before approval has been granted to generate a card, and that's a little bit tricky.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I love that Teampay allows all employees to safely access the corporate credit card program through virtual cards, eliminating the hassle of issuing physical cards to every single employee. Employee reimbursements used to take two months to process, but with Teampay, they are now done in a matter of days.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

The reporting is not at all robust and very clunky and difficult to use. The promised integration with other ERP software systems (Sage, NetSuite, etc.) is simply fictional and does not effectively work at all. The APIs are dismal. This is an area where significant improvement can be made. Implementation was not easy. We were promised implementation could be done in 11 days and it took at least 4 months. We are a somewhat complex organization, but it should not have been as challenging as it was.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I love Teampay's UI! It's very easy to navigate and fun to use. I'm currently testing out the feature where you upload any/all receipts, and it matches to the correct transaction. I also love that when I submit a Teampay request, if I need to edit the amount (add/adjust/etc.), I can easily do it. Our company literally operates on Teampay! It makes needing to make miscellaneous purchases way more convenient and makes the process more seamless. It automatically routes my requests to my approver/manager and allows me to purchase what I need while there's confirmation and visibility across the board. It's just so easy to use and speeds up the approval process while cutting out unnecessary communications in between. The initial setup was also incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

I can't think of any super glaring, but sometimes the app would have bugs in Slack, and it wouldn't work when I'm trying to submit a request. I'm not sure if this is already implemented, but when uploading receipts for transactions, I always have to adjust the 'Category' because Teampay gets it wrong, but I don't blame y'all - it's company-specific, so I'm sure it automatically tries to read what the transaction could be, but I always have to update it to the right category for my Company so our CFO can track our spending accurately. Again, I know this is 99% just a bug/glitch, but sometimes, when trying to submit a Teampay request, when I have to answer 4-5 questions in order to fill out the questions of the request, Teampay would either break (not receive the request), or not take in what I'm trying to type, and I usually have to wait a bit or restart Slack. Not a big deal, but I'm assuming Teampay already tries to analyze the receipts to then choose the right Category or if it's from a request, the employee should've already chosen the right Category. But if Teampay could improve the analysis and select the right Category, it'd be helpful.

It helps that my supervisor automatically is sent my request for her approval, which eliminates me needing to ask her separately. I like that it is integrated within Microsoft Teams. It's easy to upload supporting documentation. I use it frequently for ordering supplies for our research studies.

A downside of using Teampay is when the total purchase amount ends up being more than originally requested for the card. When the increased amount has to be approved again, this can make it hard for the vendor and for me, because I have to make sure they know that they can charge the card again. Our CFO has worked with both Teampay and Amazon to fix these issues.

I experienced some issues while traveling. Though Teampay cards were approved, because they were not in my name the things booked for me by my company were all blocked for potential fraud. I got stuck at an airport for hours trying to get things fixed. Then there was an outage that affected already approved cards from working, and I did not receive any assistance due to it happening over the weekend. I think 24/7 assistance should be available with this kind of program.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I find Teampay's accessibility quite appealing. It's fast and easy to use, which makes managing team expenses and supplies a lot more efficient. Once I got through the initial setup and logged in, the process felt pretty seamless. I appreciate how it simplifies reconciliation tasks.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

I don't like that you have to use a desktop to get Teampay to work properly.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I find Teampay incredibly straightforward and easy to use. It's great that the bulk of the work is done for me, and I only need to fill in the blanks with the numbers, and it's all done. The speed and ease of getting reimbursed for expenses really stand out, and Teampay makes the process 'easy peasy.' Because of these features, I would absolutely recommend it to others, giving it a 10 out of 10.

I use Teampay for expense reimbursement. It makes getting reimbursed fast and easy. I appreciate its straightforwardness and simplicity in use, where I just fill in the blanks with numbers and it's sorted, effectively doing most of the work for me.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I use Teampay for paying vendors and receiving reimbursements from my company. It streamlines paying vendors and I really like the ease of use. I like how I'm able to work out of a hub for all my expense needs, which makes things much more organized and helpful for tracking spending. The platform is super easy and quick to use. The initial setup was super easy because it was connected to my Slack account, which already existed.

I haven't run into any roadblocks as of now!

Teampay streamlines paying vendors, and with its ease of use, I can work from a hub for all my expense needs. It helps keep things organized and simplifies tracking spending.

**What do you like best about Teampay?**

I appreciate how I can make requests easily and purchases fairly quickly. What I like best about Teampay is how it balances flexibility for employees with control for the finance team. It makes the spending process simple and intuitive, so people can get what they need without waiting on long approvals or going out-of-pocket. At the same time, finance gets real-time visibility and guardrails, which keeps everything compliant and predictable. That combination of empowerment and control is what really stands out to me.

**What do you dislike about Teampay?**

if you request an amount then discover you need more, you may need to cancel and re-submit instead of editing; or once a card is set up (single-use vs multi-use), you may not be able to change it. refunds sometimes are hard to track

**What problems is Teampay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allowing us to properly track and spend within budget. I don't have to to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement .
