I like that Ivalua connects everything while keeping privacy guaranteed. I can create invoices easily, connect with suppliers, store contracts, place contract orders, and communicate about procurement. It’s relatively easy to use and user friendly, and I can customize it for our business needs by hiding fields and adding ones our users need. I also like being able to follow where approvals are in a workflow and delegate approvals to other users. Users can check on orders and contract approvals themselves, which makes them more independent and means fewer emails asking for updates. I like that we’re open to user ideas and that the platform helps create a sense of community between our support team and Bell employees. I come across bugs sometimes, which I flag, solve if I can, or escalate. I also run into system limitations and features that aren’t available yet, so sometimes I have to be patient. For interactive guides, I wanted to make them visible to multiple profiles or authorization types, but I can only select one at a time. I heard the initial setup was a bit rocky, though it went well.
