We've had a really positive experience with Omnea so far. The interface is clean and modern, which makes it easy to navigate, especially from an Accounts Payable perspective as we will be using it heavily to create POs and track progress. It flows smoothly into our ERP system NetSuite and we haven't experienced any problems with the integration. Testing went great too and we're getting good feedback from the wider business ahead of rollout because it looks intuitive and easy to use, giving the future users confidence to use and adapt to the new process. Our implementation lead Tessa Glyn has been amazing from the start. She's proactive, happy to answer any questions and really thorough in her explanations. We've felt like we properly understand the implementation process and was heavily involved. Any issues were worked on and resolved very quickly.

I like Omnea for its data centralization and the transparency it brings to workflows, which helps reduce manual work. The reactivity of the system and its business-friendly nature stand out to me. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, which is really helpful. The source to pay workflow is particularly valuable to me. I like the support and teamwork aspects as well.
