The workflow builder UI is intuitive and and immediate, meaning the performance of the system can be continually tweaked, without having to make major changes, or wait for developers to assist. We have been able to easily translate our existing processes into the system adding multi layered functionality along the way. The support from the Omnea team has been excellent.
