I've been asked to walk other managers through how to use the system and they pick it up very quickly which speaks to the user friendly interface. I have no experience using the back side that our Business Office uses. Easy to make amendements (for example: change the costs/charge amount of the original PO to the exact amount of the invoice. This is useful when raising a PO blind i.e. you have not receievd the invoice before raising the PO. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** If a mistake is made early on when raising a PO (for example: the wrong cost number was used) Procurify doesn't allow the option to change this information halfway through the process which means to have to scrap the PO and raise a new one. When uploading receipts for expenses. Procurify doesn't like PDFs therefore all receipts must be saved in jpeg format. This can be time consuming, expecailly is you have a lot of receipts as all need to be converted from PDFs to jpegs. If a PO is declinded for whatever reason, the requester will have to start the process from the beginning as the system doesn't allow any amendments once it had been declined. This can be frustrating, especailly if there are many lines to the PO. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The site has improved since we as a complany started using the platform. As per my previous comments with regards to being able to make any changes once the PO has been declined, so that we requetsers don't need to go back to the start of the process. The issue of Procurify not liking pdfs when completing an expense report. It is odd as Procurify accept pdfs when raising a PO. ### 16. I wish that aspect worked better. I miss the option to edit prices and quantities easily while creating the purchasing list. Often, a family changes their mind about something, and it is not always an easy fix. Great for a company that is just starting because of its price point and the features that it offers. There are Virtual cards that make creating credit card purchases and approvals very smooth. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** Procurify is only a purchasing system that requires integration with QBO or another program. Since it is only a purchasing system, physical inventory must be tracked outside Procurify. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Procurify streamlines the purchasing process in a very simple way. It also has integration for virtual credit cards that allow an employee to create credit cards purchase requests that will give them their own prepaid card to use. ### 34. There are many features that Procurify offers that make the ordering process easy and accurate, such as the ability to place, check quotes with invoices, and electronically track orders. The capacity to ask and answer questions with the messaging tool; the comment feature, and the ordering transparency created by the tool itself, not to mention the quick pace with which orders can reviewed, approved, and purchased by authorized staff, are among the many benefits that make Procurify a terrific tool to streamline your purchasing process and reduce redundancy- particularly when coordinating purchasing across multiple buildings and/or campuses. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** I'm not sure I have complaints to share as a person who places orders for multiple departments. Still, I might suggest adjusting the cost/per and quantity pricing options to be slightly more adaptable to the variety of orders being placed as a future software update. Being able to specify different quantities comes into play for printing or contracted service orders, which don't always have a per-item price. I find myself constantly wishing the system would do it one way vs the way it actually does it.
