What do you like best about Omnea?

At every interaction, the team members have been very effective and supportive. The workflow builder is intuitive and easy to use, and it lets us customize as much as we want to improve our own efficiencies within Neo. The embedded AI function is also very helpful, and the integration with Slack fits seamlessly into out corporate preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnea?

I would recommend making sure the data migration process is very well vetted pre-migration, to make sure as much data from your current system is accurate before moving forward. We recognize that our own data wasn't as clean as we would want it before we migrated, but this was an issue for us before going live Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?

Far quicker information pulls, easy access for more people while easy to permission, custom workflows are easy to build and superior to our previous platform. I am still learning the reporting and dashboarding, but early on it is very promising to get robust exec reporting and comparison to actual spending Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
