What do you like best about Precoro?

I really appreciate the simplicity and user-friendliness of Precoro's interface. Everything is in predictable places, which makes navigating the software straightforward and intuitive. It's impressive how organized the process of sending purchase orders to suppliers has become with Precoro, streamlining the procurement workflow significantly. I also found the initial setup to be very easy, which made the transition smooth and hassle-free. Furthermore, I've found extracting order reports for internal replenishment to be quite efficient with Precoro. What do you dislike about Precoro?

I dislike that the recent update to the SKU/Item/Description area no longer displays longer descriptions. This change affects my ability to view detailed information easily, which can be crucial for making informed decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Precoro?

What I like about this is the easy tracking of my recent transaction. I can see real time if it is already Approved or still pending. I also like the Revise format if there is something that need to change and it works with me recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I often received email that has nothing to do with me ( or I guess it's for the group, or it is really for me since I was new for this ). I want something that is related to what I entered in Precoro - that's what kind of email I like to received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Precoro?

From my accounting perspective, as Senior Accountant, Precoro system simplifies procurement for my team by automating purchase approvals and budget tracking, ensuring compliance and financial control. Its real-time reporting provides clear insights into expenses, helping all our teams stay within budget. It has good integrations and accurate invoice matching, it helps minimizing errors and saves time on reconciliation periods. Precoro is easy to implement, backed by responsive customer support, and designed for frequent use, making procurement seamless and efficient. What do you dislike about Precoro?

Overall experience is good, but of course, there are areas that could be improved. Regular updates makes it a bit hard to process exports linked to system easily. What do you like best about Precoro?

Its integration to zero and slack and the fact that I can almost do everything there and rarely log in.

"Order Management Made Easy"
What do you like best about Precoro?

Makes it easy to order items for the office/apartment building. Items are categorized and can be found easily for reordering. I use Precoro daily to manage purchase orders. Previously I used another system that was very difficult to understand but I've been able to ease into into this Precoro so much faster. Literally the program is completely self explanatory. I've only had to call customer service once and the call was pretty fast. It was in regards to the app version freezing but that issue was literally taken care of withing minutes. Below are the reasons I love and recommend others to get Precoro:

1. Attaching pictures, invoices, etc.

2. Customize PO approval process

3. Invoices paid from QBO communicates to Precoro which helps managers know payment status without having access to QBO or email AP.

What do you like best about Precoro?

What I appreciate most about Precoro is how easy it is to use for both end users and administrators. Its versatility allows it to adapt to any procurement model or approval flow, making it a great fit for various organizational needs. The email reminders for approvers are particularly helpful in keeping processes on track.

Having been involved in implementing and administering the software, I found it straightforward and requiring very little maintenance. It even offers more features than we needed, which is a wonderful bonus. Additionally, its seamless integration with our other systems has been a huge plus.

Lastly, the customer support team has been incredibly responsive, even with time zone differences. They’ve gone above and beyond by proactively reaching out to inform us about new features that could benefit us.

Overall, Precoro has been a fantastic tool, and I’m happy to recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Precoro?

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the billing process. I would prefer to receive invoices to pay directly, rather than having the billing housed within the software itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
