Overall experience is good, but of course, there are areas that could be improved. Regular updates makes it a bit hard to process exports linked to system easily. Makes it easy to order items for the office/apartment building. Items are categorized and can be found easily for reordering. I use Precoro daily to manage purchase orders. Previously I used another system that was very difficult to understand but I've been able to ease into into this Precoro so much faster. Literally the program is completely self explanatory. I've only had to call customer service once and the call was pretty fast. It was in regards to the app version freezing but that issue was literally taken care of withing minutes. 1. Attaching pictures, invoices, etc.

2. Customize PO approval process

3. Invoices paid from QBO communicates to Precoro which helps managers know payment status without having access to QBO or email AP.
