What do you like best about Procurify?

What we like most about Procurify is that it delivers real, measurable value while continually improving based on customer feedback. Unlike many SaaS companies that become less responsive once the contract is signed, Procurify actually listens to its customers and incorporates feedback into the product. Pricing was negotiable. The platform has helped us reduce overhead and dramatically increase productivity by turning manual processes that once took days or weeks into tasks we can complete in hours. It also reduces human error, improves spend visibility, and leverages AI and automation to make procurement more efficient, producing repeatable, consistent results. The API integration works well, even with our ancient ERP. The user interface is unbelievably simple. Everyone we’ve worked with at Procurify has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What do you dislike about Procurify?

The only drawback is that I would like to see more project-based options. In other words, I'd like the end user to be able to split the Request for order across multiple orgs/locations. You can do it, but it requires a workaround. If they had that, the software would be perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procurify is helping us eliminate significant manual work in our procurement and accounts payable processes. Tasks that previously required manual data entry, invoice matching, routing approvals, and follow-ups can now be handled through automation. The OCR capabilities are particularly valuable because Procurify can read invoices, capture the relevant information, and match it to the appropriate purchase orders and transactions. This reduces data entry, minimizes human error, and saves our team considerable time. The approval workflows are also extremely easy to configure and use. Instead of chasing approvals through email or manually tracking where something stands, requests are automatically routed to the appropriate people. That makes the process faster, more transparent, and much easier to manage. Overall, Procurify has reduced processes that once took days or even weeks of manual effort to hours—or eliminated the manual work altogether. The result is lower administrative overhead, fewer errors, faster processing, and a team that can spend its time on higher-value work rather than repetitive tasks.
