ORO’s UX designers quickly create and deploy new features and enhancements, continuously adapting the system to grow and meet our evolving business needs. Since last reviewed, ORO delivered a fully customized reporting dashboard needed to support our strategic focus, allowing greater flexibility of KPI views across our organization. Users continue to provide positive feedback regarding ease of use, and the Performance Managment platform has become part of our daily workplace with user adoption exceeding original targets. We have expanded with an additional platform integrated to internal systems which allows for robust capital management, approval tracking and audit compliance. I would like to see greater use of AI across the platform to help us derive greater insights, support best practice sharing and lessons learned while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the business. Reporting and dashboards could be enhanced to be more dynamic; however, we are able to get the data via a combination of reporting options vs. a single dynamic dashboard but we have made progress here. We've been using ORO for our Procurement and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, and the experience has been excellent.

While ORO has strong capabilities overall, the reporting features could be more robust out of the box. ORO does offer a set of standard reports, which are helpful for basic tracking and operational visibility. However, I’ve found the reporting suite to be somewhat limited when it comes to executive-level insights.

As an executive user, I would prefer having more pre-built, executive-level dashboards focused on KPIs, spend analytics, cycle time trends, and vendor performance—so leaders can make quick, informed decisions —without needing to rely on technical teams for customization or data extraction. What I like best about ORO Labs is that the platform is very flexible in many ways especially when it comes to Procurement orchestration. ORO can be adapted into many project management capabilities as well, it provides lots of useful features that may the day to day operations extremely efficient and smooth.
