The customer service I have experienced to date has been outstanding. Even with users who have limited technical knowledge, the platform is fairly easy to use. The personal and genuinely invested customer service personnel provide added help, which is value you almost cannot put a price tag on. **What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?** The only area I found which could be improved upon, would be a little more in the way of options when it comes to listing items in inventory, mainly pertaining to quantities and packaging which varies widely. When you aren't able to pin down exactly the best way to enter certain items, that can present some challenges, you have to adjust to fit with the options you are limited to, and this can be a bit tricky. I imagine when importing CSVs and such this could be better. Not that it isn't good, and not that many options aren't accounted for, just not all. During the brief period that I could access it, the UI appeared visually appealing, suggesting that it would likely facilitate user interaction, but it didn't turn to be easy to set. **What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?** I experienced a sudden blockage of the service from TRADOGRAM without any prior warning, which impeded my usage after only a few hours of testing. This abrupt service disruption was due to the company's policy regarding areas of conflict, affecting my access because my headquarters is based in Israel. Furthermore, reaching customer support and the Client Success Manager took several days, culminating in a blunt response about the blockage. Additionally, I encountered challenges with the initial setup process, which was not as straightforward as expected. It's very clean & well-designed. I like that you can right-click, or hold the ctrl key down to tab POs opened from a search. I like that you can click the 'back' button & your search is still in tact. It is mostly user-friendly. **What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?** There are constant updates that happen. With each update, something is improved or added, however, features that were loved disappear. It impacts the daily flow of someone who is in the program constantly, & causes lots of inefficiencies. It has served all of my ordering purposes very well for the past year that I've been working as the purchasing manager at my company. I also appreciate the efficient and helpful customer service. Every time I've had a question, it's been resolved over email within less than one business day. **What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?** I didn't think the latest interface update was very necessary. I'm a believer in not trying to fix what isn't broken, and it worked fine before. Lately, there've been some random bugs, and luckily I've been able to get them resolved with Tony pretty quickly, but these bugs didn't occur before the platform was updated. **What problems is TRADOGRAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tradogram consolidates all of our company's R&D orders in one place and makes it easy for all the necessary people to access and approve them. It doesn't lag out my computure or phone ever and the updates are near instantaneous. Everything just works seamlessly, especially file sharing and hosting (unlike the monstrosity Microsoft has become). I recommend Tradogram to everyone I know whose struggling with organization in their business. I've never been let down by Tradogram. **What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?** Sometimes it's hard to search for others names when tagging things because the tagging feature works off of whatever their username is instead of their profile name. **What problems is TRADOGRAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tradogram has solved our tracking of tools and equipment. It's super easy to catologe everything you do with pictures and conversations and even files of receipts and manuals. We work in construction and it's a fantastic way to share prints and make quick changes that can be sent to the field all through Tradogram in an instant. I like the ability to clone POs. We have several deliveries to the same customers, and simply hitting "clone" speeds up the process tremendously. It also helps me make sure that I don't make any mistakes! **What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?** There aren't many. A nitpick would be the way one has to fill in the vendor info if they aren't in the system. For me, a name would be enough; adding the address is an inconvenience. I'm probably in the minority here! Another wishlist item, related to that issue is that I wish the edit field was opened by default while I'm filling out a PO. If I forget to check it, I cannot see it until I print the PO. **What problems is TRADOGRAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, We were using a PO created in Excel. The problem was that it would sometimes lose its formatting, and it had no elegant way to add notes to the PO -- it was able to simply add the item and add the price. There was also the matter of storing the POs and the inability to really search for things unless you nail the naming of the file. More so it features forms for evaluations and scorecards which are the vital tools that I used to rely on in terms of maintaining suppliers performance Another feature that I have found intriguing in using Tradogram was how seamless it was able to arrange my procurement records by different categories and in doing so it saved me a lot of time in terms of searching for records and also the generation of evaluation reports in connection with specific suppliers was very easy. I liked Tradogram because of its ability to create transparency in my budget and project spendings. More so this overview managed to help me pinpoint weaknesses in my budgets and ways to improve on them in the next projects and to generate customized spending analysis reports. **What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?** What I have disliked in using Tradogram was its inability to allow users to copy items within Purchase orders whenever there was a need to add multiple items that were the same but with different quantities. **Recommendations to others considering TRADOGRAM:** This is a multipurpose product in the field of procurement that covers a lot of organisational needs and it is scalable, I would recommend it anyone considering it. **What problems is TRADOGRAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** The introduction of Tradogram in my organisation managed to eliminate spending and budget concerns that caused us most frequently to go over the budget and also we did not have suppliers performance records to guide us on how who to trust. Tradogram managed to solve these issues by allowing us to profile our suppliers and generating a clear overview of our budget analysis. ### 31.
