"Omnea Streamlined Our Procurement with Flexible Workflows and Faster Onboarding"

What do you like best about Omnea?

It is rare for me to become an advocate for a software product, but Omnea has earned it.

It has earned it through building genuinely useful software that is easy to configure, maintain and troubleshoot and generally speaking, a pleasure to use day to day, which is something that cannot be said for many procurement and supplier management platforms.

The workflow builder is intuitive, highly flexible and capable of handling complex logic required to support modern organisation. Rather than forcing us to adapt processes to the tool, Omnea has enabled us to build existing processes into the tool that reflect how business actually operates.

At CFC we've been able to bring together what was previously a fragmented process spread across emails, spreadsheets and multiple teams into one tool. The result has been faster supplier onboarding, greater visibility, stronger governance, better control of spend and improved management of third party risk. What do you dislike about Omnea?

What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?

Omnea is helping us replace fragmented, email-driven supplier and procurement processes with a single, structured workflow. Before Omnea, supplier requests, onboarding, due diligence, approvals and ongoing governance activities were spread across multiple tools and teams, which created manual effort, inconsistent data and limited visibility.

The main benefit is that we now have one place to manage the entire supplier lifecycle. This has improved governance, reduced administration, increased transparency for stakeholders and made it much easier to scale our third-party risk, procurement and compliance processes without adding overhead.
