I like that Zip provides great transparency for our stakeholders, is easily configurable and customizable for us to change the workflow, the partnership our dedicated customer service team provides, and the product enhancements as Zip invests in the platform. There are a few minor system limitations that make the tool a little harder for end users. For example, to identify a legal contact, the user has to type in the name for the legal contact to populate out of the entire population of users/employees. It would be great if the admins could limit that population to a set of employees/users/roles so the requester has an easier time identifying their partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
