**What do you like best about Lofty?**

It has all the functions and features. We need to run a big real estate team. Love that the CMA software is built-in and love that we can connect multiple IDX feeds. The AI assistant has been a game changer.

I wish there was the ability to round Robin calls that come into our main office number.

Lofty gives us a consolidated platform to do all of our customer relationship management, prospecting, and past client management.

I like the simplicity of Lofty and the ability to generate automatic market or home reports each month to every lead within my database.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Well, the downside is technology is not my specialty! However, the daily live webinars are very helpful in bringing me up to speed on everything Lofty offers.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty makes it easy for me to stay in touch with my database in setting tasks and reminders whom to call and when.

I use Lofty daily, it has a flexible pipeline, I can use my own developed pipeline stages, Smart Plans are great, AI-Assitant  works OK, Integration with lead sources with automatic import as well as integration with my doamin works great. It was easy to implement, and support is very responsive

Nothing at this time, I have so far when using Lofty not found anything that i dislike.

I love everything about CHIME! It is a user friendly, robust, innovative, and effective tool to build and maintain your business. The support team is super responsive!

The website editor could be a little more user friendly and have more editing capabilities.

It solves having to use multiple tools to do the things that one CRM platform can do. It makes me more productive and efficient. I have noticed my performance increase.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

It's a one-stop shop that offers everything, which is very convenient. The websites and agent subdomains, though not as easy to edit/personalize as I would like, look very sharp and were easy enough to set up. We love all the tools we can use to market our listings and match leads to different listings. The AI tool is helpful, though we wish it were not limited to a certain number of uses each week.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Lofty can do a ton of things but it doesn't do a ton of things extremely well. The design center in particular is a big selling point, but it is not user friendly. It's easier to use Canva rather than the Lofty Design Center. Also, there are bugs nearly every other week that limits functionality as well. We've had issues at least once a month with something not working like it should.

Lofty is a recruiting tool for us as agents can get a multitude of benefits from it without having to log into other systems.

The system is intuitive, didn't take long to learn, but most important, it can track a client through initial upload into system so years beyond closing.  I can also monitor my team's performance.

Takes a while to get suggestions on system enhancements implemented.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

transaction management has been a breeze with the work flows we've been able to set up.  Also keeping track of clients and when we need to followup.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I like that AI integration is almost like a personal virtual asistant that can help with qualifying the internet leads that are coming into the CRM. The flow and organization of the whole system is so easy and quick to learn.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Mapping the MLS data points to the search criteria on the website is lacking. 

For example if I want to search waterfront property on the website it shows 0 propeties when the MLS system has 10. 

Customer support helps to fix thos disconnects but I wish the attention to detail was better in that regard.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help to qualify internet leads quickly and efficiently.

The platform provides provides insights into customer behavior and has analytics capabilities. Easy for tracking conversion rates, analyzing customer demographics, and measuring campaign performance.

I've occasionally encountered adjustments to property alert fields, necessitating support intervention. Lofty's ticket resolution process is onlyresponsive, typically resolving issues within a two-week timeframe.

With Lofty I can handle large volumes of data while providing intuitive tools for organization, analysis, and engagement.

I love that they have integrated AI and it can help curate a message to potential new clients. Also the preset templates and follow up timelines are get for helping to keep us on track with follow up with clients.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

My AI is not smart enough to really read into what each client:potential client is asking so I do not use the auto AI feature, just use it to help create emails etc.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't began using the marketing features, but plan to with new listings coming up. I love the CRM, templates and follow up task lists and reminders.

Ease of use - accessing on my phone on the go is very important. AI is fantastic for writng emails or campaigns, or texting leads.

Wish there were more specific items I could choose such as 2 car garage, or other very specific items.

Upload all your data base and spend some time setting up in CRM.

It keeps my leads organized in a way that I can touch them easily.  I can look at the whole list and scroll down and see indicators for what I need to do at the time.

The location and search location features don't work well but I'm learning a few work- arounds.

I like that everything is inside of one system.

Would like if the smart plans had specific dates in which emails, texts, etc could be send out. Would like for the workflows to be a bit more customizable.

I like that I can do all of my marketing inside of Lofty. All areas of my business are covered within this system.

I love the IDX integration and the ease of setup with pipelines, email smart plans/drip campaigns, and transaction tracking.

The support is hit or miss. Generally, the support tries to be accommodating but sometimes they need time to investigate an issue (no problem) but then it could be weeks or months before a resolution.

Robust all-in-one platform, that is easy to use and does a good job converting leads into clients.

The marketing campaign tools are a bit immature.

Lofty provides a good web presence that helps us attract, convert and extend client relationships. It has matured into a cost effective all-in-one CRM platform that we rely on for our small brokerage.

I overall love Lofty, but I do get tired of being asked for more money any time I want to try a feature that I thought would be included in the monthly fee I already pay.

This is the best CRM that I have ever had, super easy to use and support is amazing.

So far its all good, support helps everytime.

Getting in touch more constantly with active users, so when I notice the activity of my clients, I can say hello and see if they need any help.

Everything. Their entire system works great.

I feel bad for USA users that now they have to subscribe to a paid service to text leads but Canadians dont so it didnt apply to myself.

90%+ Open rate! Incredible. 
It was over all fantastic. Never encountered any issues.

the live chat cuts off sometimes and you have to start the process over again with someone new, and would be great if Lofty added legal / non legal basement suites to the searches

Very User friendly. Interface is easier to use than any CMS we have previously used. A lot of forward thinking features such as AI blog writer and other tools that were quickly added and adapted based on market trends.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

There's essentially zero SEO. As the Director of Marketing for our team, this a must for me. I've had to find creative ways to boost out SEO ranking outside of Lofty.

It's an amazing CRM. The interface is very user friendly and makes onboarding much easier since agents are taking less time to get a good grasp on our team's CRM.

Lots of things to love about Chime. The website SEO optimization, the AI assistant, and the creative studio are all great features. I love that Chime matches our CRM fields exactly. So CMAs and Market Snapshots are as good if not better than MLS provides. Our account management

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Onboarding was difficult and support is spotty at best. Ultimately we had to change our onboarding specialist. He seemed to lack knowledge and did not build excitement with the agents. We are very happy with our new account manager. In addition, we were told by our sales rep over and over that the website design/implementation was easy. Unfortunately, that was not the case and we had to hire a consultant to fix the site. So there was an extra cost. This may be because of our site requirements but it is something to be aware of as the support for website management is not very good. 

Support has also been an issue. Several of the reps I have talked to don't seem to have the knowledge to answer the question correctly. I had several instances of wrong answers given. In addition, it takes them forever to respond unless you ask the most basic question.

Our prior CRM was not adopted by our agents. Chime training and rollout got the agents excited about using it. Adoption rates are much higher.

iIntegration of website, search tools, and CRM all in a single purpose-built platform dedicated to real estate professionals. Easy to create follow-up tasks for yourself or team members. Email and texting templates are super useful.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Limitations on Lead relationships - we integrate with mailchimp for our audiences and there is no access to family members' emails through this connection so we are required to input another lead for family members. However, there is no connection between leads (no way to say "this lead is a family member of this other lead". You basically have to enter each individual as a lead if you want to be able to export multiple email addresses and then you are kindof doubling up your leads. 

Website design limitations - as with any website builder, the templates and pages have limitations and some of the page modules are tricky to get to display like you want. 

Team functionality - There are some short-comings in the way the teams function. Especially with regards to how to display other team members on team sites. Basically just another short-coming in the website builder department.

unable to use MY phone number for texts. Maybe this is universally a problem with software, but this would be a huge add. Very nice to have a record of text conversations in the CRM but difficult to go back and forth from CRM to phone texts. Nice that texts stay in the lead if they are moved to another agent but I have seen that the converstaions only transfer half when switching between an agent. Can see client messages but not those from previously assigned agents, so you only get half the conversation.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a single platform to manage our leads and website and eliminates connectivity issues between multiple platforms. Basically it simplifies this side of the business.

Also, it has strong enough integration with external apps to allow you to export your leads to other platforms easily such as mailchimp - although this area could be improved on.

I love how intuitive the features are for real estate agents. I do not have much experience with real estate as it is not my profession, but it is still straightforward to use, and the number of features is impressive.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

One thing is that I wish there were a page to obtain more information about a client on the website. For example, they can fill out the questionnaire before contacting us, but that only is available to answer after registering. I think a user should be able to fill it out later if they access their user profile. That way, if there are any updates or mistakes, they can add them in. So, while the questionnaire may include the more critical questions, they can also visit the complete set as a section in details, like if they have pets.

Chime allows us to organize leads much easier while skipping the time of filtering through unwanted or bad leads that may not lead to any progress. While at the same time allowing us to foster the bad leads into potential clients in the future through smart plans.

I come from a software background and one thing I always focus on is the UI and CHIME does a great job of keeping consitenecy in the interface and make everything so easy. Anyone coming from BoomTown, KVcore or Saleforce will have a nice breath of fresh air.

One thing that you guys can work on is the reporting features. I want to be able to run detailed reports on my leads similar to MailChimp but I am unable to do so with the state of the reporting on CHIME.

Chime allows our users to have access to the MLS while also keeping their leads organized. All of our agents love it compared to any other platofmr becuase of how easy it is to work and how frequently you guys make updates.

User interface is easy to navigate and website building is simple. It functions like most CRMs but has alot of back end videos to help do more with thte plaform that you cant find with other CRMs

It was difficult to cancel my lead spend when i needed to save. Eventually a solution was made and a refund was offered but this was offered after a month of waiting. Would be nice to have a one click cancel button that shuts it all off then support can contact you after to find out why or to "recover" the lose.

Website to attract clients and send people to along with lead generation. I have also been able to organize my past clietns and sphere better to stay in communication with them more consistently.

I dislike that Lofty is only customizable to an extent. The average individual can customize their website, however in order to do custom designs and marketing, you would need the help of a developer/designer.

Lofty is easily allowing me to market my business online without having to pay a developer to build a custom website for me. It easily integrates my city's MLS listings as well, allowing my customers/clients to view properties and connect with me.

Impossible to get phone support. Chat support is okay but many issues I've had have not been dealt with.
Platform is US focused and being in Canada it would be nice to have the ability to customize. Even the client default country for the phone number is the US and it's annoying to change it each time.
The property search settings should align with the boards system. This would make the search option more functional. I tend to default to the boards platform so I can fine-tune the search.

Chime is good for touching every part of a lead. Documents can be uploaded, transactions can be followed, calls can be recorded, there is a mobile app that works pretty well in syncing up with the web based version, and texting and emailing can be done in the system.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The dialer that Chime offers seems to still be in its infancy and does not measure up as opposed to other dialers. Numbers are very difficult to get recycled. The reporting is very basic, and does not necessarily track important KPI's. Also, you cannot export the reports.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chime solves keeping track of potential clients. When its used correctly, it is difficult for someone to slip through the cracks. Tasks and appointments need to be utilized correctly though.
