**What do you like best about Lofty?**

The automation. Chime handles most of the grunt work so you can focus on contacting the right people at the right time.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The plans. The plan I have has more seats and functionality than I need and I'm paying a premium but the lower tier plan isn't enough.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves staying in touch with potential customers that I could not possibly do myself. It tracks behaviors and triggers actions based on how the customers interact.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Chime does everything I want, in a simple interface, with lots of possible uses. Not too much, but really does everything I want - decent help and support and a fantastic value for the money.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The help desk could be more organized and more useful for tech issues (they're friendly but not always very insightful), The only other thing that makes me CRAZY is if I want to make any kind of mass changes to my leads I can only do 200 at a time - it's dumb,

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple CRM that handles everything I need it to do. I can't ask for more than that. Mass texting is a key element and I am overall satisfied with the whole product.

Chime has helped me further and nurture my real estate career more than anything else this far. This CRM has much more to offer than others that I've seen so far!

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

AI can be wrong sometimes but that's something that we can go in and fix ourselves. When a seller tells AI they have a house they want to sell that's being used as a rental it's tell them we don't do those

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chime allowes me to post listings straight from MLS in a matter so professional that people think that it's my new listings. Getting listings out there for your audience is key

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I like how it texts and emails clients the best! Another upside of it is that they keep me on schedule with my calls, texts, and emails to clients personalized with different plans! It's basically like an online personal assistant.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I dislike the price, it is a lot for me! I also don't like how the leads from my links go to everyone instead of just me when it's my link for my listing. I can't post directly from Chime to my Facebook or Instagram unless I have a business account on Facebook so that's really inconvenient too.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chime is solving my problems by following up with clients and keeping in touch with them, which benefits me so much by keeping me on their minds for referrals or staying on track. Those are some of my biggest problems in real estate, following up and keeping in touch with clients and potential clients. It takes that off my plate too which saves time so I can do things only I can do for my clients and that way I am able to have time to get more clients which in turn means more money.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

1. Chime is responsive, helpful, and truly wants you to succeed in using the platform. They will go to far lands trying to help find a solution, even if the solution is something you had originally.
2. Chime can get you leads like no other. Chime has the ability to connect to platforms to boost your lead capture, unlike any other site.
3. Chime's management capability of leads is superior to other platforms, though this is an instance where it can, if you're not careful, feel like you're being overwhelmed with choices.
4. Chime searches are very good once you get them to the point they're useful to the agent.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Chime has so many options that, it can feel like going to baskin robbins and being overwhelmed with the multitude of options before you. Despite popular belief, more options don't, in fact, make you happier. 
From my perspective, I see so many options that, though they are tantalizing to leadership, overwhelm the everyday user

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chime is working with us to get the property search fields where we want them. It is hard to get everything from our MLS and get it to be something that makes sense to the Residential agent. I feel extremely grateful that our CHIME representative is helping us communicate with tech support despite how it may feel like we make two steps forward and three steps back. Chime support is VERY good.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Chime was very easy to learn and I was able to get acclimated rather quickly after switching over from Follow Up Boss. One of the best things is that the dialer works really well, and it's affordable compared to options like mojo. For my business...with like 8 users and 6 dialer packages, including virtually unlimited calling and texting, I'm investing like half of what I could be with other CRM/Dialer packages. Smart plans can be pretty useful for automating certain repetitive tasks. The AI works pretty well at engaging. I can easily track my team's activities. Calls are recorded so you can revisit them. Tons of pluses.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I wish that I could better "project manage" and better manage my transactions inside the system. It appears I will need to invest in yet another platform to do everything I really want to do...however...if I add SISU to my chime setup I think I could probably have everything I've wanted for a long time between 2 systems. The only thing that would be better is if it was all in one. I was looking at like over $2000/mo to do this with hubspot though...and I will be right around $1000/mo to do it with chime and sisu.

Its combining activities from curaytor which is hitting my database with relevant content in a system where I can also manage with one crm and dialer in a combined package.

The sms features and the social media auto-posts are great. Chime allows you to stay on track, and manage your team and transactions and is a great all-in-one CRM.

Not much that I can think of. I have used at least 10 other CRMs and chime is by far the best I have tried. It beats KVcore, boomtown, Kw Command and all the others that I cant remember now

It solves just about every single managing issue you can think. Also, it makes lead gen easy and effective. All of your tasks can be manged and all team members can stay on task.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

The front end of the product (website) is very flexible and customizable.  I do like the fact that support is willing to make minor updates to the product per user specifications, but find their responsiveness to be lacking, often.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The back-end of the product can be very cumbersome from a UI perspective.  Updates are frequent and dramatic which is appreciated, but sometimes the UI is overlooked on how the update appears to the end-user as well as the client.  Often those updates can make my brand look disorganized and unpolished.  Also, not a big fan of the 'do you want fries with that approach'.  As a higher end product, being hit with add-on fees monthly for new features and options that are standard with other products seems poor form.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chime allows for consistent communication with clients which is incredibly important, including the AI interaction.  That interaction is not perfect, but improving.

It is an all-in-one solution from the website, CRM with IDX integration, marketing and advertising, along with paid option where they do the marketing and advertising for you.

The downside of using Chime is similar to any technology solution, you only get out of it what you put in. It is a fabulous system but if you dont dedicate the time and actually use the system it is not doing anything for you.

The biggest problem Chime has solved for me is keeping my clients informed on what is going on in the market and also allowing me to keep in touch with people that have the highest likelihood to transact.

It has some great capabilities - Once you understand the ins and outs, you can really customize it to make it do most of what you want it to do.

Lag in conversation connections with the Chime number. Can't group text with spouses. Support is just ok.

Simple and easy to use. Allows for simple CRM tracking of each customer and identifying them by whatever metrics you wish. Also allows for easy contact and management of communicateions read and all relevant information,

I can't say that there is. There is not any one thing I dislike about the platform or how it operates. They have found a way to make it super simple to use, and I can't complain.

Being able to send out preset social media post to various platforms when I wish and for as far out as needed has really relived my constant stress over keeping content relevant and consistant.

I love how customized you can make your website and that creating a landing page is so easy. You can upload a large database of clients and within minutes have them set up on email campaigns.

I haven't seen any yet but I've only been using  Chime for a few months

I had issues with creating landing pages with my previous website and  Chime has an easy step by step process so someone like me (who is only slightly tech saavy) can create a page easily.

Chime was introduced to me by my managers, and this platform has been quick and easy to deal with. I love exploring every feature of it, and every time I have questions, I email Chime Support, and they respond quickly and provide a solution to your concerns.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I know Chime is different from an email marketing platform, and it's just a bummer to simultaneously send out mass emails to a limited number of leads. But they have provided an option to create an email template instead, so you could easily send out those emails to the next number of leads in the list.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have addressed my latest concern about mass emailing, and they encouraged me to submit a feature request so their development team can check if they added that to their roadmap.

There is so much I can do with Chime CRM, text, send videos, post on socials, and even send mailers without having to go to several different sites. It saves time and tracks all of my analytics so I can make sure that all marketing is actually making me money!!!

The add-ons can sometimes be a bit pricey but the quality and convenience of these services make the cost worth it.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chime has definitely helped with my follow-up...I sometimes would get overwhelmed with all of the tasks that are required just to maintain your business as a real estate agent plus the follow-up with clients but my CRM has made it a breeze. Now I know what I need to do daily and who to follow up with so that no one falls through the cracks.

Chime is VERY user friendly. Makes entering transactions, people so easy. Even our newer agents are able to use this CRM.

Reporting!! Oh gosh does the reporting need help. I'd love to see options for closed transactions maybe based on commissions and things like that.

Every day Chime is getting better which is making it easy on me. Their customer service is amazing so anytime I do have an issue, they're there to help me solve it.

very friendly user, whether you're a solo agent or in a team, CHIME CRM helps a lot with your database handling (follow up, smart plans, call logins, etc) always improving! a message away and they work on your needs!

we are a real estate agent based in Ontario Canada, some of it are not fully improved for Canada agents, there is a waiting time on when they can have it successfully processed.

Mostly on client follow up, touches, logging notes, verifying correct information for each lead, creating on property alerts and sending them market reports, etc.

It's a one-stop shop! I've used many CRM, and the flow of Chime is why I continue to use it. I cannot think of one tool Chime doesn't have to run a successful business!

Smart plans have been my biggest challenge to set up and function correctly. It's a learning curve but well worth it once set up. I still have many questions when it comes to smart plans.

Chime is solving task management, the temperature of the leads, and organization. The integrations help streamline my business to its full potential for success!

My experience with Chime as a new agent has been nothing but great times, easy and accessible, with absolutely everything you need for a all inclusive CRM. With the addition of your own website and redirection of leads and AI, it's hands down amazing.

Chime can easily be a hard option for those newer to CRMs and new to tech but once mastered it's easy to use and has everything needed to succeed. Much better than most of them out there !

Chime's customer service SUCKS. If they ever bother to respond to an email or chat or pick up the phone, it's doubtful they'll actually solve the problem.

Right now, it's not solving any problem and it's not benefiting me at all because I can't get them to connect my MLS, so it's acting more like an Excel spreadsheet.

It's pretty fantastic! I use chime to automate just about all of my business and basically never have to manually follow up. The smart plans are really great and are good at automating most tasks. Support is INCREDIBLE! Always helpful and fixes things quickly.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I wish there were some more advanced features like sending gifs over text. Otherwise it does just about everything you need it to do. The price is a turn off for most people, however, after using chime for 4 years I think it's worth every penny.

Automating follow up and tasks. sending automated listing alerts and organizing and automating my business. Its basically a brokerage in box and I love it! would recommend.

The way Chime goes to work automatically when a new lead gets dropped in, other CRMs that I've had claim to do this but Chime is the only one that actually does it and does it well.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

This may just be how I use Chime, however the landing pages section is the section I feel I spend the most time using. It seems to take me multiple clicks to get to that page, and it would be nice to not have to click through multiple menus to get to that page.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Following up with leads on a timely basis has always been an issue for me, and I've always wanted a technology solution to handle that for me. Chime does a killer job with automation.

I love that Chime automatically follows up with all of my leads!

I think that the onboarding lacks in training and guidance. I also think it's too difficult to get in touch with support. It would be nice to have a phone number listed on the site.

The automated follow-up with my leads. It allows me to focus on current business while future business is being followed up with.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Chime is packed with tons of features, and has arguably the best WISIWYG website editor of any competitor out there. There are many integrations with other platforms, and the contact management system works fairly well.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Customer support is notoriously slow and unhelpful. For less technical questions, you can get quick answers, but for anything advanced or pertaining to billing or account services, expect to fight for answers and wait a while.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chime makes it easier to manage a large database and integrate a beautiful IDX website directly into our CRM. We also use Chime's smartplan features to keep in constant contact with leads and past clients.

The company is growing in big and dramatic ways. Sometimes there are growing pains. However, the customer service is incredible and they really do take care of people.

Using Chime, it is the best tool I have for my business. I can organize my business in a way I never thought possible. I can make appointments, create tasks, and be notified when i need to complete an item.

The system does not update. When I add a note or complete a task, I have to refresh the tab to manually each time.

The system is continuously updating and adding new features.  I love getting updates on what they have changed and made fresh.

Excellent user interface that is intuitive and offers a fantastic mobile app for agents out of the office but need to stay productive.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Would like to see tech issues fixed a little faster. Sometimes new features are a  little glitchy.

**Recommendations to others considering Lofty:**

If you are looking for a complete CRM for real estate this is a great option. I've used 3 of the top in our industry and this is the best.

Staying on top of my clients and new leads to lead to closed deals.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Support is great. You have to watch billing - they don't refund seats when you don't use them. The layout is great.  The website is great and the client emails are fantastic. GREAT on the marketing side.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

It doesn't have a good transactional management system in it - I'm not sure why not. But I'm not developing one on Zoho and hoping that Chime will work with it. Seems like it will easily integrate.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've never marketed in my business before the level that Chime offers. I've also never liked AI chat bots, but Chime's AI bot is amazing for a computer! I've also not had a good experience with the IDX, chime's solution is great and many customers enjoy it.

Stability and being able to customize, love the way the CRM is organized and chime is very innovative. But it would be the color used in the arm and the client score associated with the client

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

When a client favorites a property its great and it unlocks features that are really beneficial for them, but from my end I can not unlock those extra benefits for them.  To be clear I can favorite the properties for them but they won't receive the unlocked features.

I am a terrible phone person! Texting calling back and remembering names is not my strong point until chime! I'm able to keep up with leads now through chime and be very personable via text and phone.

Chime's listings feature doesn't work as well as the MLS. When I input search criteria to set up for a client it always results in less properties than what i find on the MLS. It may be due to the difficulty of comniimg criteria or something else but I do not set my clients up on autoemails from chime for that reason. I still use my MLA for that.

Chime is an all inclusive real estate CRM. allowing all my leads to easily be in one place. Allowing follow-up to occur with ease when used properly and the perks of plans and additional paid features.

The feature set is awesome, Ease of use for certain items is terrific and easy to navigate.

Customer Service is an issue. It can be difficult to get help on line or the phone. There is always a wait. And usually the person answering is very pleasant, but has answers only half the time. There is a wide body of instructional sheets but they can be hard to find and raise almost as many questions as they answer.

Chime is hopefully going to increase response rates by automating follow up and providing better notifications of interested clients from the database.

Chime is a great tool call recording is available, mass email, texts, a dialer, Smart Plans, Website. It is a one-stop CRM really

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

We are having Chime multiple issues, especially with the dialer.
1. Calls are not connecting to the agent's bridge number. The agent would only know there is a missed call from a lead through Chime notification but their phone did not ring at all.

2. Text messages not being received by leads 

Recently, we lost so much business as text messages from and to the leads are not being received. The text message an agent sent through Chime would not go to the lead. And vice versa.



3. Property alerts/ Engagements

Lead keeps receiving incorrect listings even after the search criteria on the Engagement are set. Example no 55+ community but still leads would receive those listings.


4. Caller ID - No longer working  


And there are a lot more tickets that aren't being resolved the fastest way possible

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

The CRM doe work as advertised and has convenient links for marketing materials.  The website builder does provide good flexibility in design elements and content.  They made it easy to cancel without contacting a human.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The service experience is as impersonal as possible and a consistent disappointment.  If you've got a significant issue that requires anything more than a cursory review of the account, be prepared for the "turn it off and on again" response from a different service rep each time you ask for an update on your issue.  We waited over a month for a resolution to a glitch in our home value page (our primary lead generator) and never even received a response that any effort had been made to address the issue aside from the random service reps trying to convince us that there was no issue because they didn't even understand the problem in the first place.  Once we explained the nature of the problem, that rep was gone forever and not heard from again.  We gave Chime a deadline to get the page running properly again before we would cancel that was 2 weeks out, and the only response we received was that the page was only freezing for about 5 seconds after the user clicked submit when they tested it (as though a 5 second freeze is acceptable), but every time we were able to get a rep to screen share and test the page it was frozen for over 30 seconds when clicking submit on the only form on the page.  Chime's pretty good until it isn't, and once it's not working well, it's probably going to stay that way.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially it was a good CRM for ongoing drip campaigns and an easy way to manage auto text campaigns with a decent enough website.  It's no longer benefiting us at all now that support is needed.

For Smart Plans, it's better if there's a search bar, so it's easier to find the SP's when searching.

Chime is amazing because it keeps all correspondence in one place. It allows you to add family meme bets. Create landing pages and accept offers via the website! Chime is STREAMLINE!

Two different phone numbers for Chime AI and AI Assistant. 

One comes to phone and the other only goes to web. Very confusing for clients and agents.

The drip campaign aspect can be intimidating as there are many variables the user can choose from. The "show me how" instructions aren't very clear, but their support system team has proven helpful in this instance.
