**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Lofty is one of the few platforms that supports my local IDX data for tools like CMAs and granular property alerts. For a rural area with poor support from other major platforms, Lofty is my only choice.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Everything is broken. 100%. All development is exclusively focused on the further implementation of lackluster AI features that appeal to hands-off part time agents but are totally useless to productive agents. Lofty does not work. Their support cannot help you. It will break when you need it not to. It will be weak when it is not broken. The best thing you can do with Lofty is accept the majority of its features are irrecoverably broken and get good at automating other platforms to fill in the gaps for your day-to-day usage.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty helps me manage contact with a large volume of leads with automation so I can spend more time talking to their support instead of running my business.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I use Lofty for lead conversion and follow-up, and it’s the only CRM I rely on for our database. My favorite features are Smart Plans and lead filtering, which really simplify my goals and help me meet my job responsibilities. Smart Plans make sure no lead gets left behind or falls through the cracks, while lead filters make it easy to focus my follow-ups on the leads that need attention most. I found Lofty’s initial setup fairly straightforward, and at this point it’s become second nature. I also appreciate that Lofty is always improving, and as long as that continues, we’ll be sticking with it. Customer support is another big plus—they’re quick to answer whenever I call because I’m stuck or don’t understand how to do something.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Ever since the recent "system migration" to Smart Plans and the new layout/view, I’ve run into far too many bugs and kinks. Plans have been misbehaving in ways that disrupt the intended workflow: steps get skipped, agents don’t get notified, and some steps are marked complete earlier than the Smart Plan is designed for.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty prevents lead-bleed and follow-ups from falling through the cracks. Smart Plans and lead filtering simplify objectives and ensure no lead gets left behind, allowing me to focus energy where needed.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

It was easy to set up my website and import my contacts.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I don’t feel like I got the help I needed. I was brand new to Lofty and didn't know what I was doing so I called them. My searches with the idx were supposed to be set up so that customers could search the homes that were available.  When I called, they told me the issue was resolved, but it still wasn’t. I paid for advertising, but my website wasn’t set up correctly and they ran the ads anyway. You only get one chance to make a good impression, and I spent $194 for nothing. I reached out again and was basically told, “too bad.” I won’t advertise with them ever again.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty is keeping my clients engaged in the home buying and selling process and alerting me when clients need for me to reach out.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I think Lofty is a great real estate CRM, with its ease of use standing out as a major strength. It has a lot of functions, and most of them work great, rating them a nine out of ten. I love the automations, which save me a lot of time by keeping me in front of customers without me having to do anything. It automatically sends emails and text messages, so I don't have to manually send them. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I sometimes have issues with support. You don’t really get to talk to support directly; you talk to somebody who connects to support and then they give you the answer. It feels like a long process and there's potential for misunderstandings, making it longer than it should be. Another issue is that their AI isn’t as strong as it could be. It often sends messages that aren’t relevant and sounds too robotic. The messages aren't timely and sometimes it sends too many or too few messages, not sounding human at all.

I love Lofty's ease of use and its automations, which save a lot of time by automatically sending emails and text messages to keep me in front of customers without any effort.

First it is a great CRM to keep track of your clients and prospects but the implementation of all the AI features make follow up great and also helps out my team to know what to do with each client to stay in touch. Some of my agents are new to the industry and really makes a difference in their production.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I really don't have a dislike but would like it to be a bit easier to find and nearer duplicates when you have thousands of leads it would be nice to have AI be able to create a list to address this issue. Currently you have to just come upon them and do it at that time

It makes it easier if you have thousands of leads to figure out who you have not contacted within 30 days and then you can set them up for calls or address each one individually

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I like that Lofty is easy to use and it has a lot of built-in features that make my organization easier. I appreciate the ad campaigns that it can run for me and how it integrates data from other sites, filtering it directly into the software for use as leads.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Sending out emails from multiple email addresses seems to be a little issue. I know they're working on it, but it can probably result in spam for different users because they don't recognize the email address. What could help is if the emails directly to the end users could come from one email address that the individual owner of the account wants Lofty to use. Currently, it sends emails out from multiple system-generated emails that are probably going into my customer's spam folders. I'm still learning it. You just have to play around with it.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty houses all of my clients and potential clients' information, along with their buying or selling statuses. It's easy to use and has features that make organization easier. It runs ad campaigns and integrates data from other sites to generate leads.

I like that the Lofty log in is very user-friendly, allowing me to easily use the system. Their customer service is amazing, which is another aspect I appreciate. The onboarding was very helpful; they walked me through how to set things up, and there are many classes and courses available. The email drip campaigns Lofty handles are very helpful, ensuring that all my past and new clients receive their messages.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

There's a learning curve with Lofty. There are a lot of small features within the system that I don't know how to use, and sometimes I see them and I'd like to learn about them, but I don't necessarily know what they're for. I would love to learn about the other options available.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty handles email drip campaigns for me, ensuring all my past and new clients receive their messages without me having to worry. It's very helpful.

I like the AI integration with Lofty because it gives me priorities and ideas on who to contact. It helps streamline my tasks by reducing wasted time and makes it easier to figure out what to say. Also, I prefer the layout of Lofty over the previous tools I've used.

The contact communication stack is very confusing, especially with AI conversations in the chat. You don't have a chat bubble, and seeing it all stacked on top of each other makes it difficult to discern what's going on. Even when isolated.

I use Lofty for prioritization, helping me focus on organizing and communicating tasks. The AI integration gives me priorities and ideas on who to contact, saving time and reducing effort in communication.

I like Lofty because it is constantly improving and offers useful features like chatbot follow-up, landing pages, and smart plans. These tools help me manage tasks like CRM, lead communication, lead generation, and organizing communication effectively, allowing me to stay in touch with clients effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Customer service and issue solving. It takes too long to hear back, chat almost never gets answered anymore. Tech team says problem is solved, and it is not. I don't understand why there is no more effort to understand the problem, test it before coming back to customers saying it is solved. Moving my account from another brokerage to new brokerage was very unpleasant. The person who supposed to help was not responding at all.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I feel like Lofty has great presentation for my website and it's somewhat and mostly enjoyable to use compared to others. It seems pretty user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I like the website and the plans being able to integrate with social media and also do marketing from there and create presentations. The higher caliber presentations give off a more luxury feel than those I've experienced before, like with Keller Williams, making them feel higher quality depending on your style.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

It took forever to onboard and get everything up and running. Coordinating with my MLS was a hassle, and it definitely took, like, three weeks or over a month. Also, the phone number I selected wasn't assigned, and when I addressed this, it just didn't seem important and was overlooked.

Lofty gives my website a great presentation, making it aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. It's a CRM that's enjoyable to use compared to others.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I use Lofty for organizing my notes, leads, and database, and it helps me keep organized with assigning tasks and follow-up reminders. I appreciate that it integrates seamlessly with my email, Outlook, and Gmail, capturing leads automatically. One of my favorite features is the ability to record phone calls and receive a summary and next steps. The AI sales assistant is amazing, automating follow-ups and setting appointments, which I find incredibly beneficial. Their organization method with a pipeline system is excellent, allowing me to categorize leads efficiently. The support team is great, providing immediate assistance when needed, which I love. The setup process is fairly easy, thanks to the walkthrough and support available, and I've experienced tremendous success and scaling in my business since using Lofty.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I can't think of anything that doesn't work well for me. Maybe subscription management so I can see all the add-ons. I think they do have a billing center, so there's nothing I can think of.

I appreciate how Lofty seamlessly promotes listings with its excellent marketing tools, offering easy access to create various marketing materials like videos and flyers, which significantly streamline my promotional efforts. The operation of the CRM has been pretty seamless, even though setting up the MLS integration was a bit more complex than what I was used to with past systems. I also like the ability to send and customize mass emails, which is a very useful feature for my work. Most importantly, I would buy Lofty again due to its ease of use.

Setting up the MLS integration with Lofty was more complex than I'm used to, which can be a hurdle for those coming from other systems. Social Media integration is good, the cross platform interactions with YouTube could use some work. Hashtags dont translate over to YouTube so it doesn't produce and views or engagement.

Smart plans need to be made easier to understand and set up, need to be more user friendly all around. AI integrations should be included in the price of the platform. Need to offer text and email integrations so that when working outside of lofty (on the Phone) all the communications still show up in lofty. this last suggestion would get you a 10 for rating.

Team integration is still not set up for us. we requested to upgrade the website services and there hasn't been any progress made toward this. 
Lofty is good for tracking conversations with people your not in regular contact with, but lacks in the area that integrates phone messaging with he platform.

I like the integration of a lead- capture website. I like to track my transactions in Lofty.

Lofty can be buggy on my Android device. When I go to reply to rectangle in the app, sometimes it doesn't allow me to send the text I wrote.  I have to restart the app and loose what i wrote.   Also,  sometimes the app will periodically log me out and I need to sign in again. I like that all of my communications with a lead/ client are streamlined into one place whether the communication was through phone,  email, or text.

Lofty is keeping my communications and appointments organized and improves efficiency.

The website is easy to configure and personalize, and the CRM is generally good. Lofty has done a good job of adding "out of the box" features that were once paid add-ons. There are still a ton of paid add-ons for features that not every agent needs to take advantage of, but the agents that do still have the option to pay for them as needed. Once you understand the logic behind the system, everything makes sense and is easy to use. Support is quite good as well, and they are generally available live during US business hours.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

There is a steep learning curve for many things. Things that I would think would be straightforward take several clicks and multiple screens to access, or you have to get lost to find them. Once you find them though, they are easy to use.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing tasks that were once scattered across multiple tools and post-it notes in a single place has saved me time and headache. It took a fair bit of time to retool my processes to take advantage of Lofty's core offerings, but once I had the new and improved process down, I have saved HOURS per week using Lofty's integrated systems and tools.

There are so many things, first, the AI has been awesome I love how it's getting better the more I use it. the property tracking auto-updates for clients is a time-saver. The ease of creating landing pages is one of my favorites. The fact that the agents and I can market their property from one spot is so helpful. The more I use it the more I learn. As new agents are on board the sign-in and training make implementing lofty great. When I have an issue which isn't very often customer service has been rock solf at getting me answers.

The system can be overwhelming, and only because there is so much at your fingertips, it's hard to take it all in. The only negative I have is the blog for the website. It could be I am missing something, but I have not found it easy to use. Other than that, the AI could be a little better on it follow-up, but that could just be a personal preference.

If you pay $1000 or met per month then it’s fine. Otherwise expect to get no leads.

I had been with Lofty for about 2 years. I had originally signed up with the basic plan which was $650 per month and I received about 10 leads per month. Then I increased my budget to $1000 and I received about 15-20. I decided to reduce my spend as I couldn’t afford it without my lender pitching in, and I reduced to $650. I only received ONE LEAD. They said that according to my ‘contract’ they won’t refund me because they don’t guarantee leads. Very unprofessional to treat a client who has been with them for 2 years in this way.

The endless capabilities. There is literally so much you can do and they are always adding more! There's no need to have a separate website and CRM provider while sending properties on a 3rd platform. You can now do it all in one spot and it's super user friendly! You can make it as simple or complicated as you want. It's very easy to implement from day 1 and it's easy to integrate dozens of other apps that you're probably already using. You'll use this every single day for a variety of tasks rather than having a different app for each.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Chime was recommended to me through one of my real estate groups and I'm glad I gave it a try. It makes my job so much easier keeping up with my clients and the various phases of the home buying/selling process they are in. My favorite features are the checklists and the transaction tracking. I love how it keeps me on top of the many steps so that I can provide optimal services to my clients. The included website is also very nice.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I do wish I could schedule emails to be sent out at a later date.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chime makes it easier for me to keep track of my clients and what phase they're in, in the home buying/selling process. It also has me keep a running tab of my income so that I reach my monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I like how easy it has been to figure out using Lofty as I am new to using it and has been pretty straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The thing I dislike is that not all features are available on the mobile app.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my leads information and helping me keep contacting them.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I love the ability to customize Lofty to meet our needs.  Ease of use is pretty good to.  Lots of learning/training resources which are super helpful; the Support is quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

It can be overwhelming at first because you really need to think about and plan out how you're going to use it first.  Then build out based on that.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty allows us to track leads (adding tags is awesome), market to our database with ease, and input transactions in order to give us a full picture of what's going on at any given time.

Everything except for customer service!!!

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are not a big company with a dedicated trainer you will be lost. It's probably the best system with the most options and abilities, but the customer service is one of the WORST. Our website hasn't displayed open houses for well over 10 months and I swear no one gives a crap. We just keep getting shoved to the back of the pile so to speak and each time I reach out I have to send the same information I already sent and blah blah blah....  Customer service ZERO

The customizable options, smart plans, tags, sources, website, etc.

Email Support doesn't seem to be analytical thinkers sometimes, but typically helpful. Lack of communication between Sales Rep and Manager.

Keeping track of communication with clients, their information, email drip campaigns to stay in touch with email.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Being able to customize the website and the ability to plug and play many other features related to taregeting leads for my business

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The support has been down right awful.  I opened incidents that would take over 30 days before I would even get a response.  Having support like that does not help to push business forward.  Please hire more support staff and look for more qualified resources as well.  I have a background in IT and could call bullshit on them frequently.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing the integration of multiple facets needed to run a successful real estate business.  It is benefiting me by allowing me to use one system to get it all done.
