Lofty is hands down one of the best tools I’ve used for my business. It’s a legit one-stop-shop that makes everything so much easier. I can set up nurture campaigns for past clients, automate things like mailing out cards based on the campaign, and keep all my social media accounts connected in one place. The social studio, ad tools, and lead farming options? Total game-changers. Plus, their customer support is absolutely amazing—they’re always quick to help and genuinely care about making sure you’re set up for success. Honestly, the only thing that I currently don't like about Lofty is that the Home Report feature doesn't allow for editing property details. If my clients were to do any updates, renovations, etc. I want to be able to make adjustments so that the value would accurately reflect the condition of their home.
