customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are not a big company with a dedicated trainer you will be lost. It's probably the best system with the most options and abilities, but the customer service is one of the WORST. Our website hasn't displayed open houses for well over 10 months and I swear no one gives a crap. We just keep getting shoved to the back of the pile so to speak and each time I reach out I have to send the same information I already sent and blah blah blah....  Customer service ZERO

Email Support doesn't seem to be analytical thinkers sometimes, but typically helpful. Lack of communication between Sales Rep and Manager.

Being able to customize the website and the ability to plug and play many other features related to taregeting leads for my business

The support has been down right awful.  I opened incidents that would take over 30 days before I would even get a response.  Having support like that does not help to push business forward.  Please hire more support staff and look for more qualified resources as well.  I have a background in IT and could call bullshit on them frequently.

Allowing the integration of multiple facets needed to run a successful real estate business.  It is benefiting me by allowing me to use one system to get it all done.

I really like that I can connect multiple MLS memberships in one place so I can easily setup auto searches for my clients interested in different areas.

It is very comprehensive and therefore, setting it up takes time.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

It's flexible, thought out, and thorough. The updates are frequent and it seems, for the most part, that they listen to agent feedback.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Dialing was a pain prior to VOIP. 
There isn't a way to associate multiple contacts to transactions (this is silly because we're in real estate and there is almost always multiple parties per transaction). 
Scripts on the dialer only pop up once the call connects, this makes them difficult to use.
Certain features (mailing, print etc.) aren't available in Canada. We're a big market, we should get the same love as US.
Reporting should update automatically, having to manually update reports is weird in 2024.
Tasks should be it's own page and shouldn't be lumped into Calendar.
We should be able to mandate certain information is filled out on pipeline changes. ie. Deal goes from Under Contract to Pending REQUIRE: Close Price or Attachments. This could be easily done I think.

Customer service is sometimes extremely good, and other times extremely bad. There is no consistency with service reps.

time in between calls. i wish there was a way to pause or go to the next call without having to wait. all calls dont need a full minute and some need a little more to type in responses

Unfortunately, the customer support experience does not match the high standards set by the website itself. My interactions with Lofty's customer support have been frustrating and unsatisfactory. Response times are slow, often taking days to get a reply, which can be a significant drawback when you’re dealing with time-sensitive issues.

It has has good features like AI assistant, setting up drip campaigns and integrating CRM with various platforms.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I have found Lofty very easy to use from the start-up to its everyday use.  I was able to create a website in a few days and started to receive leads from it within a week! The tutorials are very easy to follow. Lofty beats all the other CRM's that we have used. It does the things we need. We are very lucky to be with Real Broker because they have a dedicated Rep for us to use. Jeff has two Zoom Classes each week on how to use Lofty. He has helped us so much each week. Lofty also supplies all Real Broker Agents with a package that can't be beaten.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

There is not anything that I dislike about Lofty! That might sound weird but they are so much better than our old CRM that I can't say anything bad.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any time we had a glitch with Lofty, they solved it in a quick manner! They even have a suggestion box for items we would like to see. I asked for more holiday postcards in the Smart Plan area and they created more.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I really like how customizable and robust the system is. It seems liek the team has thought of almost every tool you need as a real estate professional and has put it into one product. The ease in using AI within the system has been a gamechanger for our team marketing. I loved that when we joined, our sites were pre-made so we only had to do minro changes throughout. I also love the weekly training webinars! Very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Although I love how detailed the system is, it did take a while to really feel comfortable in the system because there is so much to learn and figure out. I think I am a pretty tech-intuitive person, so I can only imagine how difficult it is to learn for someone not as techy. Customer support is usually very helpful, but sometimes they get backed up and I have to wait a while for a resolution/response.

They definitely solve automation problems. That is very helpful for admins and agents alike.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Lofty offers a comprehensive suite of features that are designed to enable real estate agents to be consistent in their client touches. Process automations with Smart Plans are easy to build and apply. Lofty offers a full library of pre-built Smart Plans, which is helpful for those who don't have processes in place, or need a template as a starting point. Lofty's AI Assistant is a key component to engaging with leads that aren't on the radar. Features like Home Reports are nice to have, as it replaces a 3rd party product and is tied right into the CRM. The website is aesthetically nice, and is easy to customize.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Lofty has work to do with their transaction management. It's basically a checklist. Adding more robust features, like better communication capabilities and smart plan automations would make this a home run. 

Tracking in Lofty is also lacking. Many agents want to track their touches, appointments, etc. The data is there, but there is no easy way to filter out important tracking metrics.

Lofty customer support is hard to reach, and the Facebook group is heavily moderated to disallow support queries.

Lofty helps me maintain consistent communication with my database, and manage my priorities.

Lofty allows for lots of details for each lead which is good. 
I like that it allows you to send listings to leads, and this is the reason I moved over from Follow Up Boss, but the initial search criteria and then the filtering down of search results (eg Active and For Sale Only) is clumsy.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Customer support is appalling. Sorry but I've attempted to call, leave messages and emails and it takes forever to get a response  from anyone. I ended up going through the support at EVAmericas to get my issues resolved. 

Issues setting up:  
When my leads were uploaded Lofty sent out an automated welcome email (unintended) to everyone including fellow agents . This setting was deep in the system and should have been more obvious. I warned everyone at my brokerage to check it off.  The leads that opened those emails are now searching on my broker's website, not mine, because it defaulted to his website as mine was not set up yet. 
I'd like to be able to set up my own Segments. 


Quality:
The emails for sending listings to leads look terrible. The snapshot for each listing is way too big and doesn't give a good impression. I sent 11 listings to a client and the email was really long.  I haven't used Engagement feature yet because I don't trust the selection process and would rather filter out the homes before they are sent.  
I can't tell if someone has opened these listing emails?

Batch Emailed/Reporting: 
The reporting for batch emails isn't deep enough. I want to know who opened it and when and if they clicked on anything. Maybe this is possible, but I haven't figured it out if it is.  
While emails from gmail are recorded, I can't tell if someone opened it.

Sending listings to leads and batch emails.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I like being able to have a lot of the lead information available in an easy to read/locate format. Enjoy the text feature is a nice way to stay organized in 1 location. Especially since I get so many texts a day in general to my cell phone, at least this way it does not get deleted. Also the customer support is great and usually get a fast response to help solve the issue.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I wish it came with better Smart plan drip campaigns already intigrated. I realize that we can make our own. I am not a big fan of the AI chat bot as it has been irregular on the way it responds to some leads even when I have the feature muted, it still goes rogue which is irritating.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to make notes and keeping a log of phone calls/texts. I like that I can see if a lead has opened an email. Also the statistics/reports of the leads use is a nice feature to track progress for a Realtor. I like the idea of smart plans that automatically get sent and keep leads informed about the home buying/selling process.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Lofty's platform can be overwhelming if you've never used a CRM before &/or haven't had a CRM+Website combo. I love how detailed the capabilities of all their functions/systems seem to be and I'm holding on to that hope; however, currently I'm unable to use/promote my Lofty Website until I recieve the proper support to make it public-ready. The CRM always points to the website, so make sure you have time or a team to help get you dialed in before quitting.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Customer Support is lacking. If understaffed, then hire more people otherwise improve training &/or their capability to help customers more timely and efficiently. Lofty's platform is overwhelming and setting it up will take time. Additionally, unless you're an expert with their platform, you will need to pay someone to customize the website portion of your Lofty website because Lofty only offers their limited template blocks.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment Lofty is not solving any problems -- I have website deisgn needs that are not being met and I refuse to publicly promote a platform for my business until basic needs are met.

Things that I LOFTY the best
1) The ease of working with clients
2) AI assistant that monitors clients
3) Smart plans to keep clients engaged
4) Tech Support on top of any issues

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Having to refresh LOfty after working with a client to see exactly what you just did
Sometimes, Lofty will lock up or be very laggy on an excellent internet connection
If on a team account, not able to use AI on private leads
Also on the team account (which I pay for my website) if I change something for myself it changes the team stuff.

**Recommendations to others considering Lofty:**

If you are in need of a GREAT CRM Chime is for you. If you need to start, stay or engage clients Chime is the one. if by chance a problem does come up Chime Support is Top Notch, right there with you and they communicate the progress every step of the issue.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are keeping engaged with clients. This benefits you when things are crazy.
Auto emails and texts that keep your clients updated. This keeps the connection between you and the client.
More variety of Smart Plans to use or get ideas from

Nothing that other platforms don't do the same or better

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Very buggy platform that does not work the way it should. Compoany constantly does updates that don't really help functionality, just breaks everything so you have to spend 10-20 hours fixing everything every 3-6 months. Customer support is awful. The only way you can get help is by submitting the most surface level issue. Anything else you will have to constantly reach out to them or they will close the ticket without helping.

Lofty is our CRM for our sales database.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Their sales pitch sounded pretty fantastic if they could have delivered on it. Other than that.. everything has been a false promise or sheer incompetence.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The support is horrendous. I own a Saas company as well and I understand you want cheap frontline support but it's a joke. If you talk to 3 different people, you get four different answers. Useless. 

I was told that my search alerts would be migrated from commissions inc. That "they do it all the time". Well a month into it and they still didn't have it together and couldn't give any updates. They would hair say the tech team has it or the developers for your file. No updates. Not eta. Just hope for the best.

Two weeks in, they ask me to reformat the file and say if I get it over that night, they could have it done overnight. I didn't get it til 3am because it was a ridiculous ask and evidence that they do not have a process for this.  It was just a sales pitch to say whatever to close a deal. 

After I did this ridiculous exercise. It took days to get anything imported. Ultimately they did. Cost me two weeks being fully down. 

But great... I can move on. 

I write up an email, send it out. And spam!

I go BACK to support and they give me a ridiculous canned response (copy and paste with incorrect domains). I give them screenshots to explain it's not copy or anything else they stated in their canned response.

Dead end. 

So email BACK the support manager (or so I was told) and have him email after email of what the delivery problems are and how to fix them. He acknowledged they were challenged there and trying to fix it. I gave them multiple things to fix. No charge for the consulting. 

They promise to follow up on the next Tuesday but to email anymore findings which I do. Tuesday comes and goes. Wednesday comes and goes. Thursday comes and now my domain can't send mail. And... I can't get a response from anyone. 

So I tell them how to fix their email issues and they break my account. The account for which they had given me settings that failed authentication and I had to identify and notify them.

It is not. Because they can't get basic data imported properly and they do not have an email delivery team that knows what they're doing and they're aware they have delivery problems.

They are kind, efficient, and have never made me feel inadequate for asking me so many questions. I have every confidence knowing I will receive an answer or solution to our questions and probems.

While the Support Line can often be busy, I'm grateful we have the option to do Live Chat, Email, and so forth. I think only once has an issue not been answered, and even then, I'm sure I'll be receiving communication about it soon.

We love that we can "set it and forget it." We are trying to really organize the people in our CRM, so we can effectively serve them by using Smart Plans, Market Snapshots, property Alerts, etc.

The back-end is quite robust. They offering super easy marketing/advertising solutions, the website is pretty easy to create, and the CRM is really good. I'd give the CRM really high marks, the website is above average (if not quite great), the marketing solutions are above average due to their ease and amount of options.

Support is about as bad and slow as it gets. You can expect consistent issues with things, and getting support to respond and fix things can take weeks. I have a current support ticket that I submitted a month ago and have yet to even receive a notification that they've seen it. The Facebook support page is a disgrace as well. They'll shut down anything even bordering on negative. Overall I would give their support a 1 out of 10.

I like the overall system and the set of features that it has. The lead routing is a bit cumbersome and there are so many options on tags, sources, pipelines, etc that it gets really messy if you implement them all. The smart plans are great too.

Honestly, I wish that things like the AI system were easier to manage. There are certain ways that you have to do things in the system that are counter-intuitive and could use refining. You can tell that the system was built by software engineers and not end users. When it comes to implementation - the sales staff is ready to go during the sales process, but then after 3 days, you are on your own with only email/chat support.

I think they are pretty good at lead hunting.  Pumping in your zillow leads and/or pay per clicks and setting up follow ups for them - they are good at.  And the interface is better than others on that front.  However, the CRM is really only great for purchase lead hunting.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

By far the worst thing about Chime / Now Lofty is the customer support.  They sales team and support team makes committments that aren't going to happen or you wait on it for over a year as they take forever to return emails.  If teir 1 can't solve your issue than it isn't getting solved.  I suppose if you had a small real estate business, only focused on purchase leads, and aren't coming from a major competitor then Chime / Lofty will not bother you too much.  They are also very upselling on the major other features and the intergrations for most other vendors don't work as you would think.

In a noisy world of Real Estate CRMs - Lofty is trying to bring a solid interface with great tech.

Lofty has strong core features and customization options, making it amenable to how your real estate group does business. It has basic integration options for working (GMail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.) and a vast array of integrations for your Leads (Realtor, Zillow, Agent Image, etc.). The ability to post to your social media straight from Lofty (though there are *serious* limitations on files size) pair well with the marketing options Lofty provides. Lofty also has potential features and automation that would make your day-to-day work (from calling Leads, crafting CMAs, setting up tasks and To Do lists for listings and transactions) easier.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

To use the full breadth of Lofty features and make it a true one-stop-shop of a Real Estate CRM platform they will nickel-and-dime you. Do you want to make CMAs straight from Lofty? Monthly fee! Do you want to call from Lofty? Monthly fee! They sell it as a CRM that does it all, but only if you are willing to transfer from your previous tools, implement them in Lofty, and pay a fee. Is it worth it? We'll see!

Setting things up in Lofty is also a hassle and a half. We are three months in (after using a change management company to help) and we are still building basic smart plans to automate our communications and pipeline flows.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty was implemented before I started. It was chosen because our real estate group when with Driven Leads for Google PPC Lead Generation. 
Now, after having transferred all data and tools from our previous CRMs, I am attempting to make Lofty our single source of truth. In the past, we would text from Top Producer, call from Vulcan7, etc. Moving those functions into Lofty has made it easier to track communications with Leads and setup our drip campaigns and automation. We are still working on the infrastructure for Lead Generation and Conversion. Having it all in Lofty has made life easier.

Lofty is a platform that gives you everything that you need. There is no need to attempt to use 12 different platforms and website when you have Lofty. Keep in mind, I am pretty "techy" as people say, but I set up our website, not perfectly, but usably in just a few days.
I really do recommend Lofty if you want an all-in-one solution, happy to explain more as well on FB.

The features can be a bit overwhelming if you don't stay focused. The onboarding is a good place to start and it doesn't solve everything despite Lofty's attempts to do so. Your best bet is asking questions in the facebook group, constantly asking support, and continuing to try and try.
Support is hit or miss, if you have an enterprise account you can ask your regional leader more questions and ask them for support and if you don't, it is hit or miss

Lofty was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in my website troubles. One of my favorite features is the FREE AI text check in ideas for clients. That is really helpful for me. I also love that the app is easy to use, and I can add to phone contacts with a click of a button.

That you have to pay additional for features that should be included.

They are helping me solve my problem with consistency. I can check in easily on clients, see what stages they are in etc.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I was coming from what I thought was an industry leader and standard in real estate CRMs.  Well Lofty is light years beyond the previous CRMs innate capabilities.  The automatic listing pages created to the seamless ability to create pay per click ads is just so easy to use.  

There are so many other reasons I love it, the ability "hand pick" listings to send via the baseline criteria is a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The learning curve and tech support is understaffed (responses are slow).

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One stop shop for the two above items.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I like that the follow up campaigns are more than just drip emails - also incorporate texts, voicemails, etc.  I also like that it auto pulls in leads from many sources.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

So many features - can sometimes get confusing to use in advanced ways.  I also wish I could  text from within Lofty using my own number vs. having to use a Lofty generated number that I don't own.  Finally, I wish they would fix the issue with the Android mobile app that prevents caller ID on my cell phone from showing Lofty info.  I think this works on iPhone and used to work on Android but no longer does - I was promised a fix.

Helps me track and follow up on leads that I am nurturing.
