That means you have to scroll and scroll and scroll to find any new messages. Most of the individuals who have helped me with customer support issues have been knowledgeable regarding the platform. Accessible online learning resources. Open house tool and promotional page creation for our listings. **What do you dislike about Lofty?** When creating emails, there seems to be limited design capabilities. Other platforms I've used allow for tables to be created in the email. Chime doesn't seem to offer that. It seems it is all a one column design. **Recommendations to others considering Lofty:** If removing someone from Chime, delete the chair completely and then add the user. Not a good idea to edit the chair with another user's information . Delete it completely to avoid email and sub domain issues! **What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding a way to assign multiple leads as either a buyer a seller or both other. I believe that this isn't solvable on our end but would require Chime to do it on the back end. It seems it would be more time effective if we did it in our end and I was told it would take at least 24 hours on Chine's end. ### 48. I have worked in a lot of databases in my career and find Chime to be the most comprehensive with a broad range of services and functions. It is nearly impossible to lose a client if you are using Chime correctly. **What do you dislike about Lofty?** I dislike that I can't sort my leads by both including and excluding certain sorting elements. Currently, you can sort by either including OR excluding parameters. I would like to narrow my search by INCLUDING certain parameters while also EXCLUDING some enabling me to more accurately target my leads. **What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Chime to manage every aspect of my lead interaction. I use the Chime features to re-engage older leads. I really love the new feature enabling me to send a video text message. If I have called, texted and emailed and they still have not responded, I like the idea of my face appearing in their texts. It puts a human face to all the previous messaging and makes it more difficult for me to be ignored. ### 49. Each feature independently records and send its' portion of data back and compiles it to the potential client and/or client. Once the system is learned, it can be used with ease. **What do you dislike about Lofty?** Our agency did not have proper technicians to teach the agents in how to fully utilyze the program. This proved very frustrating as we were all alone trying to figure the program out. We were left on an island with no survival guide. **Recommendations to others considering Lofty:** I recommend new subscribers (agencies) have an administrator fully trained and certified before it is available for purchase. The program is too complex for an individual to learn and implement on their own. If left alone to figure out how to use it, it would be impossible to learn on their own. **What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?** I suggest Chime require an agency to have the administrator fully trained and certified in order to purchase the program. The system is very complex and cannot be learned individually. ### 50. It would be nice to be able to send pre-made videos out by multiple text, but a small price to pay for such a hard-core and comprehensive program. **Recommendations to others considering Lofty:** It's as good as you use it...which is to say, like most things - without your input and execution, it's worthless. So only judge it by the results you see when you actually utilize the tools! **What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Follow up - which is of course the biggest piece of a sale.
