Lofty is a very user friendlt platform that allows you to contact your leads as needed. This platform does an amazing job of setting up your daily tasks for each client.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Lofty does not have many down sides in my opinion. It is just a little bit rough getting started, but once you understand the platform, it is great!

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty is helping to keep my clients front of mind for me, as well as keeping me front of mind for my clients. It does a great job of setting you up to improve your conversations with your clients.

I have been using Chime for numerous years and have found their CRM to be very user friendly. I also use them for my website and am pleased with the quick response of their customer service team whenever I have a question or need assistance.

The customer service takes a long time to respond, and is not overly helpful. Expect waitin gup to 3 days before getting a response.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

The best thing about chime is the quality of conference meetings. Even with large crowds there is no lag or delay of communications. Further, Adding groups and favourites also helps very much.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Chime only stores message history for up to 6 months. Once it is deleted there is no way we can recollect this messages. If this can be achieved or a simpler backup process can be implemented, it would be helpful.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The greates problem solved by chime is connecting with our team. Group calls and Group chats are very helpful cause I am able to connect with my team immediately in case of an emergency.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Innovative, easy-to-navigate CRM architecture with IDX integration plus transaction management, document storage, CMA, direct mail, and several APIs make this the best CRM available in the marketplace. And hopefully, e-signing capabilities coming later this year will make this program the most comprehensible product thereby streamlining the number of products needed to operate my business.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

This is a difficult question and happy to report that I have nothing to say here. I think there are some improvements to be made with regards to transaction management but I am told those are in the mix for the fture and are in development.

**Recommendations to others considering Lofty:**

Definitely move forward and take the time to learn and understand how to tailor the product to your specific business. It will be worth your time.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using fewer programs makes my operation efficient with fewer redundancies. The AI bot has been absolutely an amazing time saver. Training is less time-consuming and available online, through ongoing webinars / extensive video library, and also by phone support. Makes it easy to accommodate our busy schedules.

I really haven't been able to dive into it like I want to. I would very much like some training to help me through. I am really looking forward to possibly setting up drip email campaigns but again, don't have the training on the product yet.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I'm not a fan of how it uses a different email address than what you've already branded with your people. I've tested sending emails and have found that because it's coming from an unfamiliar email address, my emails go into a junk/spam/promotions folder and are not going straight into their inboxes. 
I haven't found a work around for that yet.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

While no one CRM, Realtor Support Software does it all, or have all the features most important to me. Chime Comes pretty close.
Great sorting for Contacts in database massive range of fields, from communications sent, opened, dates, notes are searchable now and so much more. 
Transactions aren't perfect, but the thing that is awesome is setting up custom dates and then having tasks based on that date for example. -Photoshoot date, and then having task reminders for # of days before/and after.
Lead Gen -
Website easy to create and customize, unlimited landing pages with lots of customization, and auto tools for listings and other standard landing page types,
Lost of lead gen and integrated campaign options.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I could have gone on forever about the various things I love about Chime. The are some details that I wish they would change and hope they do in the future, but they are pretty minor issues overall. 
CRM- wish you could search custom field dates without year, so you could create something like an anniversary date and still get reminders about it every year in the future. instead of creating work around. 
Transactions- there are just task reminders- not auto communications - just a little more labor, but not terrible. 
LeadGen- Some issues with customizing photos, sizes and names. 
Wish their Homebot alternative was more comparable to homebot pricing so I can keep it all on one platform.

Lofty has been the best CRM and lead source for my real estate business. The smart plans, marketing campiagns, and follow ups have changed my buisness forever and I am so gratful to have tools that have helped me soar passed other agents in my area. Their customr support has alos been unmattched.

It's design and user-friendly interface. As well as the filtering features and integration. I also contacted customer support and they were very attentive once, the second time they did not reply.

It feels buggy. The filters do not show the complete information sometimes, it takes a while to retrieve info. I believe it has to do something with the servers.

The help articles do not match the current system. It is difficult to solve your own technical issues when they arise due to this information mismatch. Integration was not a simple task since we migrated from one serivce to another.

Salesforce is a platform that consistently outperforms in each of the four categories of search tools, CRM, email, and texting for an all-around positive experience. Salesforce is famous for its robust email and messaging services, powerful search tools, and full CRM capabilities.

it's a powerful program that will capabilities far beyond what most users will ever need.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Two downsides in my opinion.  If you build pictures and videos into the site it slows down drastically in my experience.  I feel I have more on my site than many people do but there are others that have much more than I.  From all the research I've done the slow painting and such seems to be on Chime's side.  The other downside is a major item and that is support.  Without good support, a good website can be limiting.  I've waited weeks for answers on items that are not complex.  I've had questions completely unanswered.   I've had answers that are partial.  It is unacceptable.  Finding a phone number for support is buried in the site.  I've had some success calling it and other times no response at all when calling!  Very disappointed in the support.

Chime provides a good framework for a site and fulfilling my need in that respect.   It has helped me to be more productive with the various tools.

It is easy to navigate, keep track on things. Customer support is amazing. I love how they keep updating their CRM with new tools to be able to serve better in our business. It also have a great features if you have a team.

I did not like the Facebook lead gen. But google lead gen was great.

Easy to follow up with clients, easy to set up landing pages, social media posts and drift email campaigns. I love how it also sets up an automatic search based on lead behaviors.

The data that is stored in the system doesn't fuction properly (not all birthdays get added to the calendar). The marketing isn't effecient (I paid $200 to market a new listing through Chime and I never even posted the "New Listing" post, only once it went pending. Spent the entire ad budget on the Pending post rather than portions of the budgets going towards, new listing, sold, open house etc). It was a waste of money and cost me more time to set up manual ads after the fact. They only credited me $50 for this. It's not nearly as user friendly as other CRM's.

The Enterprise version was provided to our brokerage for free. The IDX site is great. Otherwise, I have nothing positive to say about it.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The Enterprise version is extremely chaotic and difficult to manage. On top of that, Chime customer support is a joke. When they ported our virtual numbers into the Chime system, each had major issues. One  was inoperable in one way or another for 6 full weeks. We also had inoperable numbers once we moved to a Team Instance account. It took several weeks for them to fix an issue with one of our IDX websites. We finally have the direct contact info for someone who CAN and WILL actually do what we need but it took 7 months to find them.

It took so long to solve any of our problems and, when they were 'solved' others arose. It went on for so long and cost use so much business that we moved our CRM data to FollowUp Boss.

When it comes to real estate management software, Chime CRM has proven to be an invaluable asset during my five-year tenure. I wholeheartedly recommend it to my fellow Realtors, thanks to its impressive automation features, such as SmartPlans and Text Templates, which have become essential components of my daily operations. Additionally, Chime's seamless integration with Slydial and BombBomb accounts further enhances its utility and effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Chime mobile app could benefit from some improvements in terms of user interface and design. Although it serves its purpose adequately, it lacks the sleekness and refinement of its desktop counterpart. Enhancing the mobile app's aesthetics and usability would provide a more consistent and enjoyable user experience across platforms.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Realtors can't be everywhere at once. One of the standout qualities of Chime is its robust automation capabilities. SmartPlans, in particular, have revolutionized my follow-up process. With a few simple steps, I can create customized sequences of tasks and reminders, ensuring that no important client interaction slips through the cracks. It's like having a dependable personal assistant that consistently keeps me on track.

Realtors can't respond to everything in real-time while showing property. The Text Templates functionality is a time-saving tool that has significantly streamlined my communication efforts. By utilizing pre-written templates and making minor adjustments, I can effortlessly craft professional and personalized messages for various scenarios. It has undoubtedly increased my efficiency and allowed me to focus more on building meaningful client relationships.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Chime has a fully adaptable IDX site that allows for complete customization for just about any type of agent.  I have created community pages for mine to really talk about the different areas and I am going to be putting in some pages that explain the different factors in purchasing homes.  I also like that the dialer allows me to easily help me make all of my daily calls and add my notes. And even go back and listen to a recorded call so that I can stay more present in the calls.  With Chimes AI I also am able to save time and money as it keeps up with the users logging onto my site.

While chime had a great onboarding it would have been nice to have more best practices page and some kind of group to go over daily best practices.  There are many great features that the program offers, it seems like for the cost of this CRM/IDX that some of these add-on features should be included in the standard bundle.

The CRM is doing a great job at keeping track of my real estate clients and setting up searches for my clients in an easy way.  I will be sending my video messages through the CRM and being able to track those interactions as well.

Positives: It integrates with MLS, and numerous other online tools. It truly could be almost a one-stop shop if you spend the time learning it and integrating it with other tools we use. If you don't go all out, it is still valuable for tracking client interactions and setting up automated responses and emails.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

It's so robust, even with a systems background, it can be difficult to get features without learning it first. Not as intuitive as some platforms, but well-rounded system. I wish there were ways to generate reports with all the text for the standard AI interfaces. The goal being to be able to look at all the automated email/text verbiage in order to customize and sound more personal, without having to keep going in and out of screens (couldn't find multiple screen options to compare/contrast) to see how I can streamline some of the options available.

It helps for a Real Estate specific application, addressing leads quickly etc, but customization options can be clunky and difficult to find.

It has incredible features and integrations we found other CRMs do not have along will general incredible ease of use. WE have various USP's and Chime has allowed us to be as creative as we would like with automations, creating checklists and scaling our business.

All CRM's have a little bugs here and there, but Chime does have bugs here and there when it comes to property alerts not showing all o the homes.

Chime is a breath of fresh air in an industry riddled with technology that doesn't work as advertised. Chime is a full suite of tools and isn't a glorified inbox like the others. Chime makes it simple for me to manage my team and creates a culture of high performance and accountability.

VOIP is slightly delayed and needs to be addressed. Group texting is missing. The ability to CC anyone (not through relationships) in the CRM without copy/paste is missing.

It has the basic functions of any CRM, there's nothing I like best.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

The dialer doesn't work; the layout is not intuitive but by far, the worst aspect of this CRM is the customer support. They do not return phone calls and when you call, they tell you it will be a 3 minute wait, and then they tell you no one is available. They don't read your emails so when you ask questions they answer around it or leave out the main point of the question. I've used BombBomb, SalesForce, BoomTown, 3 or 4 others and Chime has the absolute worst customer support of any CRM or of any company I've ever done business with. Stay away from this CRM and this company.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None! My review is entirely because their CRM is next to worthless and they do not respond to my problems. They have terrible customer support; you can't get a hold of a real person and I've never experienced a CRM with support this terrible.

The ability to customize and navigate the platform is second to none and the ability to systematize database follow up and outreach to maximize simplicity and productivity.

Very little downside. I do wish there was a way a way to have more customization control from the lower access tiers on an enterprise package but that may just be company settings.. Also if tasks could be a filterable criteria such as filter by any lead that has outstanding calls in the cold pipeline and then navigate left and right on those leads. Also if there was a way to log physical or face to face touches as a touch point equal to a call/text/email.

Chime, once properly set up by a user, enables systematic follow-up in an incredibly easy and detailed fashion. It reduces friction in follow up and database management in a way that eliminates excuses and improves productivity.

The package of programs is well integrated.   the website design is a bit weak but virtually nobody cares about that, as the graphics are "OK".   the CRM works well and it's VERY easy to automate processes.

Customer service is abysmal.  Every issue gets escalated and, at best, they're very defensive.   I get the impression that the developers are all overseas (can't verify that).   That would be OK if they would be responsive but they generally aren't. For example I asked them to check to see why I couldn't get their property searches to mirror the MLS so I could filter for rentability.  They just can't do it but other IDX based systems can, easily.

I'm a realtor and I am trying to expand my customer base and client marketing.  OVERALL Chime does a good job of it and I'm generally satisfied.

Chime has a really to use interface with a very small learning curve to get the basics done. Online documentation is very useful in filling in those gaps where it is not completely obvious what to do next.

My biggest gripe is the support. While finding most small issues is easy to do with online documentation, when it is something that requires help from a support agent getting a hold of someone or getting a quick resolution is near impossible. After months of waiting, I still have an unresolved issue which is annoying, but I am currently able to work around it and use the product without too many problems (at this time).

Chime makes keeping track of my clients and automating contacts a breeze and frees me up to do other important tasks.

Chime is always innovating and bringing new items to the table almost every month. I love seeing a CRM that is fluid and isn't stuck at the first iteration. I've used a few other CRM and I consider this as the best value.

The transaction tab needs to be built out a little better. Since it's connected to the MLS, pulling some data into making CMA through Chime would be helpful in confirming tax record items.

What we like best about Chime... Well, without Chime we would fall short in nearly all aspects of our business. Chime is our central HUB to keep all of our clients and business orgainized. The minute we get a new client or lead, they go into Chime and start what we call our client life cycle.

To be honest I cannot think of a downside. When we do have a bump in the road Chime is there to help us. Especially Jean, she's amazing and has been with Chime since we join Chime back in 2018.

Chime has come along way since our sales team started using it in 2020. It is fairly expensive, but earns it's worth through all of the capabilities that come along with it. 
Over the past couple years, Chime has made significant improvements and I hope they continue to stay on this path.

Originally, when I signed up, I was promised a dedicated support person, shortly after signing up, Chime changed this and took away the dedicated person. We had to upgrade to a higher plan in order to get some of the things we were originally promised back.

Working large amounts of leads.  Automation. 
The AI assistant for automated communication with leads is very intelligent.  The client facing website is clean and easy to use.  It could benefit from additional customization.

The help desk could be more organized and more useful for tech issues (they're friendly but not always very insightful), The only other thing that makes me CRAZY is if I want to make any kind of mass changes to my leads I can only do 200 at a time - it's dumb,

Simple CRM that handles everything I need it to do. I can't ask for more than that. Mass texting is a key element and I am overall satisfied with the whole product.
