I really like having all my texts in one place and being able to keep track of them instead of texting from my personal number. My team can see the emails everyone is getting in one place, and Lofty engages on my behalf and gets responses from leads who are browsing, so I can see what they’re doing. I like being able to see at a high level what everyone is doing and get details like what homes someone likes, when they open something, whether they’re engaging, and when they come back. I work with warm leads, and that gives me a reason to reach out. The interface is easy to use. I also like seeing updates that show Lofty is taking feedback from real estate agents to make it more user friendly and address what they need to change. Lofty is simple for entering data, and I can learn hands-on.
