What do you like best about Seismic Learning?

I completed about 80% of my training on Seismic Learning. I appreciate how all the onboarding materials are organized in one place, making it very convenient for employees to find the right resources and finish their training. The modules are interactive and straightforward, which makes them easy to follow. There is also a test that you have to clear at the end which makes it very good. What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?

Everything works perfectly, and I have no complaints at all. It just sometimes get slow when you try to do multiple trainings at once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves me time that I would otherwise spend reading materials, which can become overwhelming and difficult to grasp all at once. It was previously known as lessonly when I did on training during ramp up period. It enhanced the experience by making training content interactive. They have quizzes, option to add videos and written responses, puzzles, and lot of interactive stuff on the training material allowing employees like me to learn new things more quickly. The search feature isn’t always very accurate, especially when I’m trying to find specific content or older materials. At times it brings up too many unrelated results, which makes it harder to quickly locate what I need and ends up slowing down the overall learning experience. "One stop shop for your L&D needs"

What do you like best about Seismic Learning?

Seismic Learning is our go-to for our onboarding and ongoing training. I have created multiple curriculums and can populate lessons across any of the curriculums. When I update the lessons, the curriculums are updated, too.

The system keeps track of when items are due and sends out proactive reminder emails.

I am also able to use multiple modes of creation for lessons. For instance, text, video, audio, and multiple types of assessments including demos, video-based, and traditional-style like multiple choice.

The team at Seismic has ensured that we are successful by working with us every step of the way. Our implementation was extremely successful and we have used this platform consistently for almost 5 years.

We expanded our use to Seismic Skills, which truly ties together a full L&D strategy. We can tie the lessons to development activities. In addition, the ability to customize tasks for associate learning plans has made this platform our true go-to location for high-quality Learning and Development. What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?

Not many downsides honestly since you can populate just about anything in it. The one downside I found is the linear authoring of lessons. Would be great to be able to have two columns available instead of only one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
