There is no comparison between Joonbot and ManyChat. ManyChat has HOURS of tutorials. If you need that much assistance, you've created a poor product. **What do you dislike about Joonbot Chatbot Builder?** nothing as of I yet. I prefer that they sacrifice features that 1% of users would use in favor of features that 99% of us will use. **Recommendations to others considering Joonbot Chatbot Builder:** Get work done now, instead of spending hours learning an impossibly complicated platform whose creators are so out of touch because they continue to call it dead-simple to use. **What problems is Joonbot Chatbot Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** I tried ManyChat first. I have never seen a SAAS as needlessly complicated and maddening to use as ManyChat. I had resigned myself to not using chatbots in marketing. I am glad I found Joonbot. Every control is self-explanatory. I think I have had to look up a help topic twice. That is what is needed. If you can't deploy the bot, it doesn't matter how awesome the analytics/campaign scheduling and more are. Joonbot is in use on many website landing pages for me. ### 3. We did not want an out of the box, bot that sits on a website and answers FAQ's. We need it the uniquely interact with 1000's of candidates in a very personal manner. JoonBot created a bespoke webhook for our CRM and in days we had a fully automated bot which updated our system. **What do you dislike about Joonbot Chatbot Builder?** I really have not come across any hurdle that a quick email to their development team did not resolve in a quick and accurate manner **Recommendations to others considering Joonbot Chatbot Builder:** Talk with them if you come across any difficulties. Now, the number is only set to the amount that wish to interact with our service ### 6. There are countless ways that this program can be used, and it's very intuitive in it's design. I chose to use Joonbot for a research project for one of my classes at the University of Texas, and the Joonbot team was very responsive to each and every one of my requests for help. I also received email tips every other day or so directly from the Joonbot team which I found very helpful. **What do you dislike about Joonbot Chatbot Builder?** The free trial is a tad too small. I would like it to include more features that would allow someone to really get a feel for Joonbot. **Recommendations to others considering Joonbot Chatbot Builder:** If anyone is looking at seriously using Joonbot, I recommend taking advantage of the free trial in order to play around with it a bit longer. **What problems is Joonbot Chatbot Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was tasked with creating a chatbot for a brand or company of my choice, and Joonbot allowed me to create a responsive, specific, and easy-to-use chatbot. I very much enjoyed the no-code aspect of Joonbot, as I have minimal coding experience. This program is also very visual, allowing me to see what I was doing as I was doing it. ### 7. Super easy implementation for a very simple - no code required - chat bot **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020 **What do you like best about Joonbot Chatbot Builder?** the creation of the bot was very simple - i'm not a developer and i was able to do it myself. just needed my developer to add to my site - but i was able to do everything else myself. they also allow you to add memes and other fun graphics - and provide a helpful template to get you started. lastly - wonderful customer service - they're very invested in making sure their users are successful. **What do you dislike about Joonbot Chatbot Builder?** doesn't integrate with my site - so i can't capture user details without asking the user for them (i.e. name or email address). reporting of the output is still a work in progress - but i have faith it'll be a robust system soon. **Recommendations to others considering Joonbot Chatbot Builder:** Best for a service that doesn't have a large volume of users it's interacting with - or have the need for automated reporting. Joonbot's interface and their service was super fast and helpful. It's also easy enough for the client to maintain without needing too many instructions which means I could deliver them a chatbot and they could run with it. **What do you dislike about Joonbot Chatbot Builder?** - Some features are still not rolled out, so I'm excited to what's ahead. - The presentation of analytics is not yet polished but I could see how that's something you would want to work on a little further down the product development. **What problems is Joonbot Chatbot Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Customer onboarding & Help The benefit was both allowing users to onboard without taking "real time" from the team, by having an automated process, but also having a chatbot that would make customers feel engaged and like there's always someone there to help them. ### 12.
