What do you like best about Chatbase?

Chatbase is a lifesaver when it comes to managing multiple clients - I can quickly spin up separate AI agents for each one, all trained on their own unique data. I'm currently juggling around a dozen agents, and the dashboard is super intuitive, making it easy to keep everything straight. Honestly, one of the most useful features is the Suggestions tool, which I think is often overlooked. What do you dislike about Chatbase?

The analytics dashboard is a good starting point, but it's a bit limited - I can see the overall chat volume and top queries, which is helpful, but my clients often want more detailed breakdowns. Honestly, the lack of filters is a real issue - I end up having to export the data and do a lot of the analysis myself, which is time-consuming. What do you like best about Chatbase?

The multi-channel deployment is a game-changer - it's so convenient. We started by embedding the agent on our website, and then it was easy to roll it out to WhatsApp and Slack without having to rebuild anything from scratch. Honestly, that saved us weeks of time and effort, which is huge compared to what other vendors had quoted us. I think what really sets this apart, though, is the flexibility to swap between different LLM models depending on what we need. We used to have a generic contact form that just routed people to sales. The AI now qualifies leads in real-time, asks the right questions to figure out which plan they would need, and then books a meeting with the right rep. What do you like best about Chatbase?

We initially wanted to use it for our customer service, but it became clear very quickly that it would make an excellent internal knowledge base as well, where our ops team will ask it questions about our internal operations and policies, rather than search the documentation for that information. Since we work in the healthcare industry, there is a need to be extra cautious about what kind of data it gets trained on, since it is prohibited from collecting any personally identifiable information.
