I like the recent improvements, the agent node is particularly useful. The old flow could get stuck in the weeds sometimes, but the agent node handles complex questions very effectively

It makes conversations that would take days and manpower be done without me having to overlook every tiny detail.

The thing I like best about Closebot is flow builder system that allows you to get as granular as you want for even the most complex flows and the performance, while not always perfect, is probably the most reliable out of all the different ones that I have deeply dived into over the last two to three years. And that while there are features I personally regard as non-negotiable that are missing (over some of the present features that time has been spent on) I appreciate that they have a decent API that lets us do more complex back end building to implement the things I wish were already present.
