I really appreciate how Closebot has become a core part of our business operations, automating lead qualification and appointment booking with impressive accuracy. The flow builder gave us micro-level control over bot actions, and the support team has been outstanding, always responsive and helpful even with issues outside Closebot’s scope. We’ve faced some challenges with reporting, especially around attributing bookings accurately between the bot and the human team, which led to some pushback internally. Additionally, we haven’t had the time or resources to fully explore new features like the agent node, and integrating with some legacy systems has added complexity.
