What I like best about Sierra is how focused it is on handling customer service interactions through AI rather than just acting as a basic chatbot. It can understand the context of a conversation, take actions across connected systems, and handle more of the customer journey end to end. That makes it useful for reducing repetitive support work while still keeping the experience fairly conversational. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside is that getting the most out of Sierra can require some setup and tuning, especially when connecting it to existing systems and defining how it should handle different scenarios. For more complex customer issues, I’d still want a human involved rather than relying completely on the AI. It would also be helpful to have more control over customization and troubleshooting when an interaction doesn’t go as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
