You can start for free, small scale up to 1000 Monthly users and 10000 messages per month.

Then pay as you grow and add more features and platforms to work with such as more users, voice capability.  Goes from Lite (Free) to Plus (starting at $140 per month) to Enterprise as you go up, more interactions and features are available.
