What do you like best about CloseBot?

What I like best about CloseBot is how fast and natural it is with new leads. The moment someone reaches out to Sango Village Florist, it replies right away and sounds friendly and human, not robotic, so customers stay engaged instead of moving on to the next shop. It plugs straight into our HighLevel account, so setup was simple and everything stays in one place. And the pay-as-you-go pricing is very affordable for a small business like ours. What do you dislike about CloseBot?

Honestly, not much. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the billing dashboard. Since the move to the prepaid wallet, it takes a bit of digging to see what's using credits and when the balance is getting low. Clearer low-balance warnings would be a nice improvement. What problems is CloseBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloseBot fixes the biggest problem a small flower shop has with leads: we can't always answer right away. When the team is busy building arrangements, handling walk-ins or out on deliveries, messages from new customers used to sit, and by the time we replied they'd often gone to another florist. Now every inquiry gets a friendly answer within seconds, day or night. The bot answers common questions and keeps the conversation going until someone on our team can take over. For us that means fewer missed orders, more time on the actual flowers, and customers who feel taken care of from the first message, all for a few dollars a month.
