I understand the reasoning that centralizing support through web apps is probably the smartest and most scalable way to track requests and resolve issues for a large workforce. Still, from a user’s perspective, needing to open a formal ticket for every minor, quick question can sometimes feel a little tedious or impersonal when all you want is a fast answer. I don't like the system and the websites because it is hard to navigate. It's difficult to find where I can bill my expenses or manage my holidays, and it doesn't provide adequate information regarding my human resources related progresses. The initial setup was definitely challenging because the system didn't accept my passwords, and I had to change and re-enter them repeatedly.
