We've had a positive experience using Globalization Partners (G-P) as our global employment platform. The platform has helped simplify international hiring and employee management, allowing us to support team members across multiple countries while remaining compliant with local regulations. UI / UX: The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate for both administrators and employees. Most tasks, such as onboarding, document management, and employee record reviews, can be completed with minimal training. Integrations: The platform integrates well with common HR and payroll workflows. While there is always room for additional native integrations, the available options support efficient data management and reduce manual administrative work. Performance: Overall system performance has been reliable, with minimal downtime and consistent access to employee information, payroll data, and compliance-related documentation. Support / Onboarding: One of G-P’s strongest features is its customer support. The onboarding process is well-structured, and their support teams are responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful when addressing payroll, benefits, compliance, or employee-related questions. I haven't used or seen any AI features on the platform, so if there are any available I have no knowledge about them.

I like that G-P is a single point of contact and platform to manage employment across several different countries. It really helps our small HR team because we don't have to waste time dealing with different vendors, portals, and contacts for each country where we hire. There’s consistency in how questions are answered and issues resolved. We don’t have to learn a new process every time we work with a different local provider, which keeps things efficient and prevents important details from getting lost.
