What do you like best about G-P?

Globalization Partners has been an amazing partner to have for our US-based company. We have been able to hire international employees through Globalization Partners and have always felt confident in GP and their experts. While yes, you may pay more, the old saying is definitely true - "you get what you pay for." You're paying for excellent customer support from your account manager, HR specialists within each country, and quick support service. You're also paying for peace of mind knowing that their country experts are ready and capable of handling any situation that arises. I would also point out that our CSM, Michael, is absolutely amazing! He is responsive, communicative, and easy to work with! I absolutely value this partnership that our company has with GP. What do you like best about G-P?

I love how G-P is very easy to set up and user-friendly, which makes the whole process smooth for me. I appreciate the easy way of submitting tickets, which significantly aids in managing my work concerns promptly and efficiently. The availability of documents online in my account is another aspect I find extremely useful as it allows me to access important HR documents like certification of employment and travel letters directly, saving me time and hassle. These features collectively enhance my experience and productivity when addressing various HR-related concerns, especially concerning salaries and documents here in the Philippines.
