**What do you like best about Flow.ai?**

Easy to use tool where anyone even the non tech people can drag and drop and can create the chatbot.
It is easy to use, can be managed by a team and can be easily integrated with the social media channels

**What do you dislike about Flow.ai?**

Found it a bit overpriced, rest, I could not find any other point to dislike it.

Customised chatbots. We are able to save our costs/manpower by using bots designed with Flow.ai

**What do you like best about Flow.ai?**

Flow.ai has an AI engine that is built-in and allows you to understand the user’s intent and use entities. Their intent and entity builder looks similar to DialogFlow’s and is easy to use. Flow.ai provides all the chatbot elements you need and shows which elements you can use per channel. Isn’t that amazing?

**What do you dislike about Flow.ai?**

I'm not sure what people dislike about Flow.ai. However, I can tell you that most of it's consumers prefer to interact with a human agent rather than a chatbot as the interaction needs to be more interactive and snappy.

**What problems is Flow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flow.ai is a platform that helps businesses create chatbots and voice assistants to automate customer service and sales. It can help businesses improve customer experience, reduce costs, and increase efficiency by automating repetitive tasks.

Nowadays, it is easier to have an AI that will have scheduled work for you and execute some tasks. It will allow you to buy some time and prioritize some high-level work and the AI will do the rest for you

More integration to other tools so that you can create some workflows for your team

By answering repeated questions, repetitive tasks, and scheduled work the AI can function with less human intervention. Less error as you create multiple conditions and toll gates capturing all the desired outcomes

**What do you like best about Flow.ai?**

The best thing is its interface and the its easy to use for a beginner. Its a great platform to get knowledge about how the artificial intelligence works. User can install and use this boat in various chat platforms.

**What do you dislike about Flow.ai?**

Since I have been using Flow.ai I haven't found any reason to dislike it. For a non technical guy it's a little tough to build a chatboat. I would suggest if Flow.ai to reduce its price a bit I personally feel its a but overpriced.

**What problems is Flow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces my workload. It is easy to create a boat using this tool and Flow.ai helps us to gain knowledge about chatboat and its functionalities. It gave me confidance that I can understand all the AI tools easily.

Cant work with whatsapp business API seemlessly.

Easy-to-use, responsive, easy to integrate to chats in social media, which is what we mainly use as a tour operator

We have no complaints about the tool, it is simple yet powerful

**What do you like best about Flow.ai?**

The first time you log in, a step by step setup is useful. To setup the flow, you just have to drag elements and drop them to the flow.
The best part is we can install the chatbot on FB,SMS, Website, Whatsapp.

**What do you dislike about Flow.ai?**

You have to be a little technical to create the chatbot.A bit overpriced. Analytics is not 100% accurate. No integration with any ecommerce builder.

**What problems is Flow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to connect with the customers on different platforms. Can communicate with customer in different format i.e. text, caraousels,files, images etc. Can segment the customers to create different customer cohorts.

Loved the ease of use and smooth integration into the website. It is relatively easy to create scripts, too as compared to other chatbots API available in the market in the given price range.

**What do you like best about Flow.ai?**

The integration aspect of this product has been my favourite feature and it has been very helpful because of how much uniformity it allows us to create across all our social media platforms. More so it has coverage of a wide range of different platforms from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and many more even on websites.
I have always been a fan of simplicity hence it has been very easy for me to choose Flow.ai as my favourite and this is because it is very easy to set up through the drag and drog feature whereby there is no need for a complicated coding process. Furthermore, this has proven to be very helpful because it has saved us a lot of time and costs that may have occurred from hiring experts to help us set up the product.
I also like that it supports a lot of languages which I have found to be very helpful in our organisation as we have branched into many countries we have managed to keep up with our uniformity and also able to communicate with a lot of different users.

**What do you dislike about Flow.ai?**

I have found this product to be very reliable because of how much our company image has been improved hence no dislikes at this moment.

I would recommend this product because the company image can be improved a lot using this product.

I have noted significant benefits when it comes to using this product because with the growing number of social media platforms which is now a place where some customers can be found it has been very difficult to keep up with the queries, questions and comments that will be coming from the different platforms with instant response. Flow ai has managed to solve this problem for us since we can automate responses that do not require an agent hence our response to queries has been instant and effective.

**What do you like best about Flow.ai?**

The wide range of integrations supported by this product is what has always made me find this product to be very helpful. We do a lot of advertisements on social media which always saves us a lot of time setting the responses of the chatbot since the same templates can be duplicated across all our social media platforms.
Another aspect I do not see a lot in other products and one which I like the most in this product (Flow ai) is that it has triggers for image, audio, video, audio which has helped so much in saving customer support time so that they can handle other issues that require in-person assistance and it has made our workflow progress smoothly.
Pre-installed templates are some of my very reliable features whenever we want to work fast and jump-start an idea for customer service.

**What do you dislike about Flow.ai?**

One thing I have found to be the downside would the missing triggers for images, audio and video on the SMS platform that has caused a lot of inconveniences for our customers who would not be having an internet connection.

**Recommendations to others considering Flow.ai:**

It is a very reliable product and it improves company image in a great way, I would recommend it to any user.

**What problems is Flow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of issues with the number of customer service support that was becoming inadequate because of how big our organisation was getting, more so the response to queries from customers used to be delayed by hours and sometimes a day or two but since we introduced Flow ai these problems have been solved and we responding quickly all over the social media even on our websites response is now instant.
