With other reporting tools (i.e. Tableau) I feel like the tool tries to be everything to everyone and troubleshooting incorrect data can become difficult with all the advanced sorting, table calcs, parameters, imported spreadsheets and extracts going on. Here you can read the data easily and identify any gaps in report design quickly.

Collapsible group header allows summary level report that opens into detail report.
The simplicity of the product is a little bit of a double-edged sword...sometimes advanced sorting would be beneficial. I'm not a big fan of complex charts but a few more color options would be nice. Doesn't have GIS capability that I'm aware of.
For collapsible groups need the header (i.e. company) and footer (Profit: $1,000) to show for effective summaries.
