I like the ease of use and the Spotter feature in ThoughtSpot. Spotter helps me use NLP to get an answer to my questions, which is really helpful. The ease of use also comes from how easy it is to configure new graphs. Additionally, the initial setup of ThoughtSpot was quite easy, thanks to the help from Amit and Philipp.

What I like best about ThoughtSpot is how intuitive it makes data exploration. It really shortens the time from question to answer, which is valuable in fast-paced environments. This is especially important to my organization, as we need quick, on the spot insights to help us drive strategy. Overall, the integration with Snowflake was straightforward and allowed us to streamline our backend data. Additionally, the continuous improvement efforts of ThoughtSpot to evolve the platform are top of the line - they have an extensive runway of enhancements to better shape the product and respond to customer needs.
