## Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) Reviews
  ### 1. Empowers Data Accessibility, with Minor Transition Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Van V. T. | Private Tutor, Education Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

I personally love the layout of the dashboards. I think the tool is easy for first-time developers to learn and I also think that the way in which the dashboards are set up makes them easy to navigate. They have an attractive appearance. I'm even more excited with the AI tools that are now available within the dashboards and the workstation tool. The auto dashboards, for instance, help first-time developers and junior data analysts to build dashboards and experiment with AI tool suggestions, which helps them better understand how to develop appealing dashboards that meet end users' needs.

**What do you dislike about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

Well, recently, we were on prem and we transitioned to the cloud. So I think there are certain aspects that we're trying to work out. So just little kinks like, for example, masking the URLs of our dashboards, or, being able to import some of the images that are, next to, like, the dashboards link, for example. And I also think that it's challenging for those that have no experience with Python. Now we have to, somewhat learn Python because command manager will not be available in the future. I wouldn't say it was easy. I think that it required a lot of preparation and back end work well as collaboration with the strategy migration team. As I mentioned, we recently trend, migrated to the cloud So I'm not sure if this question is related to that, but we have been working with the migration team since last October, and we're still trying to work out some of the smaller kinks to get everything up and running appropriately.

**What problems is Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe Strategy One helps make our data accessible to almost everyone in the organization, allowing end users to access data via dashboards and certain reports through the platform.

  ### 2. Scalable, Enterprise-Ready BI with Strong Governance and Reliable Performance

**What do you like best about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

From an IT management perspective, Strategy One is a highly scalable and enterprise ready BI platform. It provides strong Governance, centralized control, and reliable performance across large datasets.

The platform integrates well with existing data architectures and enterprise systems, making it a strategic fit for organizations with mature IT environments. Once implemented, it empowers business users with intuitive dashboards and consistent reporting.

**What do you dislike about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

Compared to lighter BI Tools, onboarding may take longer, particularly in complex environments.

**What problems is Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to unify multiple data sources into one governed platform to create a single source of truth. Strategy One helped centralize reporting, standardize KPIs, and ensure consistent, reliable data across departments

  ### 3. Comprehensive Analytics with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shilpa C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

I like using Strategy One for its Mosaic feature, Ai agents, and semantic model. The cross-site integration and Rest API are very helpful, and I appreciate the hyper intelligence aspect as well. These features support the application development of our reporting team, making Strategy One a one-stop reporting platform. The initial setup was easy, which was a great help too.

**What do you dislike about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

I think the visuals could be better out of the box. Vitara charts integration for free would be great.

**What problems is Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Strategy One addresses predictive analytics and dashboards, supports application development for our reporting team, and acts as a one-stop reporting platform.

  ### 4. Boosts Reporting with Superior Data Handling

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

I really like the semantic layer and intelligent cubes in Strategy One. These features stand out as the most capable compared to other BI tools like Tableau and Power BI. The initial setup is very easy, which I find impressive.

**What do you dislike about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

I find the Copilot integration lacking. Power BI connects with Copilot very easily, and it would be beneficial if Strategy One could do the same.

**What problems is Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Strategy One for handling large data volumes effectively with its semantic layer and intelligent cubes, which are more capable than Tableau and Power BI.

  ### 7. Powerful BI Platform with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** joe f. | Manager, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

One thing I like best about Microstrategy is how much data it can pull into one place and help you make sense of. Dashboards are vry flexible, once they're set up it's easy to drill down and find the answers you're looking for. It's like a single platform where I don't have to jump around to get the full picture.

**What do you dislike about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

One thing I dislike is that it can feel overwhelming at first. There's a lot to its capabilities but that also means the learning curve is very steep, making it take time to get really confortable navigating.

**What problems is Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us bring together data from many sources into one central platform. Instead of pulling reports from different systems and trying to piece it all together, we can see it all in one place. Helping to save time, reduce errors, and it makes it easier to spot trends and isues right away. The biggest benefit is being able to make quicker and more informed decisions confidently.

  ### 24. Strategy World 2025 Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

The World conference this year provided key opportunities to get more hands on training/best practices for implementing Strategy at Halperns. There was a couple great presentations and was able to take away a few ideas from them. Getting hands on time with Gareth was one of the biggest successes for us this year. Great guy, very knowledgeable, and always very helpful. Taking the Project Architect Certification was the other big point for going this year as well.

**What do you dislike about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

I was sent to this conference to learn more about the software and to get more training, not to learn about Bitcoin. I am very glad that the company is doing well, but again I am here to learn about the software. Compared to 2024 in Vegas, this conference pivoted from learning about the software to a sales pitch/investor call. There were hour plus long blocks on multiple days where there was nothing else going on besides Bitcoin. My suggestion is either split up the week into all software the first half then all Bitcoin the next, or vice versa or have two separate conferences entirely. Honestly not really sure if me and my co-worker will go to the next one.

**What problems is Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use it for creating dashboards to make visualizing our data easier

The visual of the data can be done very well paired with the ability to easy switch out data dimensions for additional insights.

**What do you dislike about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

I felt that this product has a much steeper learning curve than similar products in the market.

**What problems is Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product helps us push quicker insights to the organization around various metrics. The ability to slice and dice the data to help push actionable insights was one of the main problems this helped us solve.

  ### 26. Strategy is a decent platform for data analytics

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

Getting Started is simple and effective. Base packages cover most of reporting needs.

**What do you dislike about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

Service is slow. Graphs break often and easily. Cannot handle large datasets. Cannot get to data easily from grids. Can’t export graphs are png/jpeg to put into presentations. Takes a lot of tweaking to get to what you actually want.

**What problems is Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do most of our reporting and dashboards in MSTR but users often want to just use Excel as the platform is too confusing or hard to manage.

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

During my graduate studies, I had the opportunity to work extensively with MicroStrategy platform as part of a comprehensive data analytics project. It is definitely a game changer for data driven projects. While using this platform I liked the most the advanced analytics capabilities that had to offer. It allowed me to forecast outcomes and test different hypotheses with high degree of precision.
The other thing I liked most about this tool is the ability to create dashboards. The drag and drop interface was very impressive and intuitive for me as a first time user.

**What do you dislike about Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE)?**

There were not many downsides when using this tool. As a first time user I had a bit of trouble of finding enough documentation and online resources for creating dashboards. I had the learn the tool by playing around myself. There arent many resources available to help you get started on the tool.

**What problems is Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**
