The first thing I liked was the documentation, which proved to be very helpful, and the flexible and clear user interface. I also liked being able to create multiple logins without leaving the application. The dashboard is excellent. Gooddata works with hardly any downtime incidents. They have a great support team and respond very quickly to any questions. We are able to easily manage all parts of the semantic layer, the data model, visualisation objects both through UI and API. We have used GD for many years and although the system is very stable, it lacks some features you may expect from a moderm BI tool. The UI is not up to par with competitors and AI features are not yet refined. There is a steep learning curve for writing metrics due to a non-straight-forward query language (MAQL) - making it difficult to deliver self-service analytics.
