I feel like everybody in any domain can easily use and understand Google Looker Studio. And the best feature about the Looker Studio is its drag and drop interface, cloud platform, free access, real-time sharing and collaboration. For someone who is only there to look at data and pre-set tables and comparisons, it helps a lot. Not to forget, exporting the data into simpler forms is a huge advantage! **What do you dislike about Looker?** The complexity! Sometimes it's a bit tough to add filters and create data sets if you don't have in-depth knowledge! **What problems is Looker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dealing with email data is a bit tiresome, but the data spread out onto our looker boards makes it very accessible and promotes transparency throughout our organisation!
