"A truly easy to use ATS solution"
What do you like best about Eploy?

We have been using Eploy for around 12 weeks now and we couldn't be more happy with it as our ATS solution. IT has completely changed the way we approach recruitment and has put much more of the actions and controls in the hands of the candidate, releasing time for our recruitment team to concentrate on other areas. It's easy to use, easy to change, and thanks to the implementation team, easy to setup. When things aren't quite as easy, our customer success manager and the customer support team are just a call or email away, and are very quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

The only negative, if you can call it a negative, is that Eploy was very much undersold to us. There are a pelethora of functions and features that we are only just discovering, and using to make improvements to how we use it. If we had known about some of these functions before, we may have planned them for the system from the start. However, it is a very minor gripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hard to pick just one, the people and our account relationship is what makes life really easy for us. What do you like best about Eploy?

Everything is in one place and easy to find compared to other systems. Can easily search for candidates (i love the phone number search function when someone calls me!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

Eploy is certainly the best system I have used in recruitment. I have used a variety of systems over the years but Eploy is the quickest and most effecient and very suited to our needs. It is super easy to use with some great features. The customer service is also great to help with any queries, the team get back to your queries quickly and are always happy to educate and show you how how to resolve any queries over a Teams call. What do you like best about Eploy?

I think the best Eploy feature is the reporting dashboard, which is fully configurable to your business needs. I also like the interview scheduling feature which saves our hiring managers a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

The product itself is extremely flexible, with options to export and integrate with other products. The workflows can support almost any process that a Recruitment team want to adopt. Under-the-hood, it can appear complex, but once you understand the way it works - and the support teams are wonderful in teaching while doing - then the apparent complexity allows for immense flexibility.

Eploy as a company embrace the fact that there are other systems that businesses will use, rather than silo/distance themselves from potential competitors, and will offer support on integrating with other products. The support is brilliant, patient, capable, and understanding. The account management is also excellent; transparent in costs and functionality, extremely well-prepared for reviews, and very responsive to queries and change requests.

In this post-covid world of slack delivery of products and services, Eploy's professionalism and service levels are god-tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is great and the function across the platform are really useful to what we want as a business, however it sometimes isn't the most user friendly of systems. What do you like best about Eploy?

It has improved our time to hire, and reduced the amount of money that we previously using recruitment companies for our appointments.

It has made our onboarding process quicker and more efficient, and candidates enjoy the process.

The success team is really helpful and supportive, and is always ready to help with system changes and queries.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

The amount of configuration that we had to do ourselves - it took much longer and more resource than I initially thought it would, and I would recommend having a separate team to implement the system going forward.

The workarounds that we have had to put in place to make it fit our processes - particularly around the anonymisation of CVs, due to the parsing tool not always recognising heavily formatted documents.

The integration with iTrent didn't go as well as expected, but I don't think that this was a problem with eploy. It was essentially a new integration for iTrent and I don't think that they had developed it properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
