What do you like best about Eploy?

I think the best Eploy feature is the reporting dashboard, which is fully configurable to your business needs. I also like the interview scheduling feature which saves our hiring managers a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

The product itself is extremely flexible, with options to export and integrate with other products. The workflows can support almost any process that a Recruitment team want to adopt. Under-the-hood, it can appear complex, but once you understand the way it works - and the support teams are wonderful in teaching while doing - then the apparent complexity allows for immense flexibility.

Eploy as a company embrace the fact that there are other systems that businesses will use, rather than silo/distance themselves from potential competitors, and will offer support on integrating with other products. The support is brilliant, patient, capable, and understanding. The account management is also excellent; transparent in costs and functionality, extremely well-prepared for reviews, and very responsive to queries and change requests.

In this post-covid world of slack delivery of products and services, Eploy's professionalism and service levels are god-tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is great and the function across the platform are really useful to what we want as a business, however it sometimes isn't the most user friendly of systems. What do you like best about Eploy?

It has improved our time to hire, and reduced the amount of money that we previously using recruitment companies for our appointments.

It has made our onboarding process quicker and more efficient, and candidates enjoy the process.

The success team is really helpful and supportive, and is always ready to help with system changes and queries.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

The amount of configuration that we had to do ourselves - it took much longer and more resource than I initially thought it would, and I would recommend having a separate team to implement the system going forward.

The workarounds that we have had to put in place to make it fit our processes - particularly around the anonymisation of CVs, due to the parsing tool not always recognising heavily formatted documents.

The integration with iTrent didn't go as well as expected, but I don't think that this was a problem with eploy. It was essentially a new integration for iTrent and I don't think that they had developed it properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

I use Eploy every day and like best the ease of use. Also all the different widgets you can make. My colleague and I attend recruitment fairs to sign people up to our job alerts for when vacancies become available. Being able to create a widget which automatically tracks how many people sign up at each job fair we attend really helps us to know which events are most and least successful. It's really helpful to keep on top of tracking how quickly you get back to applicants and ensuring every applicant is contacted. It takes off a lot of the pressure by automatically rejecting candidates which do not meet certain requirements. Eploy really speeds up the whole process with the templated emails you can send with the click of a button and catagorised why and at what stage people are being rejected so you can review this and fine tune the recruitment process. It's easily the best recruitment system I have used would 10/10 reccomend to anyone considering a new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I couldn't really say anything i dislike about using eploy, i think it's genuinely the easiest and helpful system I've used and if I have any issues the Success Team is always there to help and they're really quick to come back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

Eploy is completely customisable, and we are able to make changes as needed to accommodate business needs. Having complete contol over how we use and operate the system alows us to adapt workflows, authorisation flows, and user permissions quickly and easily.

The Eploy dashboards are incredibly useful for manging my daily workload. The dashboard display is clear and attractive, and tracks the progress of my candidates and vacancies. It is also great for providing management data at the click of a button.

The support received from the Customer Success Team has been exceptional. They are quick to respond, and are always able to provide help and advice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

Really easy to use, great functionality of generating interviews etc, I love how you can lockdown permissions and visibility of data according to the Users company. Mobile compatible, always doing things on the go!

Being able to customise the dashboards for me really set Eploy apart from any other ATS I have used (and there have been a lot!)

The team are all so brilliant and quick to respond, as much as they might not want to admit it I feel like I've made some allies for life! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Some very minor nuiances such as not being able to click the parent company, when viewing a company, to find out the parent companys ID (useful when have several companies of the same name etc).

I also dont like on the hiring manager dashboard that it shows the number of candidates of all time for their vacancies, rather than active applications remaining Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
