**What do you like best about Clari?**

Good summary from SFDC.
Synchronization of the tools, i.e. the automatic real-time transfer of changes in the respective tool.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Performance, long loading times
It is unnecessary to have to click into each subfield for the individual sales types and confirm the amount before it turns "green". I can't think of any reason why a different figure should be entered than the one resulting from the " "Core". 
I think it would be good if the sums were calculated according to sales stage, because there is already a percentage weighting. That is more realistic. 
It would also be helpful to have a field for the forecast high and forecast low in which you could include the opptys that you see as the basis for the figure. Maybe again with the percentage weighting, if my suggestion regarding the sales stages cannot be implemented. 
In addition, I generally miss a field where you can write an acceptance, which just comes without an oppty. In the territory, there will always be small orders or even orders for which there was previously no oppty. For smaller sales, the distribution does not even make a deal reg or oppty until the order is placed, but offers it to the partner independently at standard conditions. In a quarter, however, quite a lot comes together. You know from experience how much that is every quarter.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari has been a game-changer for how we approach forecasting and pipeline management. The platform has made it easy for our team to move away from clunky Excel sheets and into a system that supports rep-level forecasting with a really clear and rigorous cadence. Our team has been getting more comfortable with it every day, and the insights we gain from features like activity tracking and account modal filters are incredibly valuable. The ability to drill down into data, filter by rep or account, and create custom dashboards has simplified our workflow immensely. Plus, Clari’s AI projections are a solid resource we refer to regularly, making our forecasting process smarter and more reliable. Clari is consistently expanding their roadmap and it’s clear they are invested in making this tool work for us.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

One thing we struggle with is that some configurations require Clari's direct assistance, which can delay changes we want to make quickly. For example, shifting to a monthly forecast view seemed like a straightforward tweak, but it turned out to need more involvement than we expected. It's something we hope becomes easier over time.

Additionally, we've noticed occasional inconsistencies, like certain users' activity data not syncing properly, requiring back-and-forth troubleshooting. While Clari's support team is responsive, it would be great if some of these issues could be resolved more smoothly without needing tickets or elevated assistance.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari is helping us streamline and improve forecasting, aligning our reps and leadership on a consistent process that was previously scattered and reliant on Excel. It's made identifying pipeline gaps and improving deal visibility much easier, allowing us to make data-driven decisions during our busiest seasons. Features like AI projections and account activity tracking have also been invaluable for spotting trends and keeping deals on track, ultimately helping us drive revenue predictability and better business outcomes.

There isn't really I dislike.
Somethings things like widgets do not load properly.

I now have a clearer overview of my deals, which helps me respond more quickly and make smarter decisions as I work toward my goals. 
The monthly forecasting is both accurate and straightforward, allowing my team and me to set more realistic and dependable expectations for the management team.
The analyze tool lets me dig deeper into changes and opportunities happening in my territory.

creating custom views seems a little clunky, would be good if could be AI prompted/generated.

can see where pipeline is getting stuck and when there is not enough very easily. Also makes the weekly forecasting and one on one process much faster. Finally it has become the core application for use in our QBR and has cut down preparation time significantly.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari Support is probably one of the best support teams I've worked with on any platform. They're responsive, they're helpful and usually have a fix out quickly.

I appreciate the ease of use for users, it keeps them focused on what exactly it is that they need to be focused on without all the noise that can sometimes exist in a CRM.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

There's no sandbox environment for when an admin is making changes. Recently we changed Opportunity Types and had to update our queries. Since there's no sandbox to make sure those queries are running correctly, there was a lot of anxiety around making those changes. Especially because there are people working out of Clari while we're making live changes. 

There also seemed to be holes with our integration, especially when it came to Groove and activities in general. 

I also wish it was easier for Clari Admins to create signals without having to rely so heavily on Support. While I love the Support team, I wish this was something Admins had more control over.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the most part Clari is keeping end users focused on prospect and customer management without getting lost in some of the noise our CRM often has which gives us the ability to focus on bigger initiatives.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari is a great tool because it simplifies forecasting and makes it so much easier to get accurate insights. The ability to customize fields and configurations without having to depend on external requests has been a game-changer. I really appreciate how Clari allows us to align rep and manager inputs using features like the path to commit and path to most likely. It’s helped cut down on inconsistencies and confusion, which used to be a huge issue.

Also, the customer support has been outstanding. Anytime I’ve had a question, the team has been quick to respond and thoughtful in their solutions. For example, they’ve helped us navigate some pretty nuanced configuration changes and given us insights into how other customers approach similar challenges. It's clear they've got subject matter experts who know their stuff. Plus, the platform itself is pretty intuitive, which—for a system as powerful as Clari—is a big win for usability across my team.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

One challenge with Clari is that some advanced configurations, like creating filters based on specific field logic, aren’t always straightforward. For example, I struggled to set up a filter to exclude blank fields in our renewals timing tab and had to rely on extra support to clarify the logic.

While Clari’s flexibility is a strength, it can also create complexity—especially in larger organizations like ours with multiple geos and varied needs. It requires careful alignment and planning to ensure consistency. That said, the Clari team has been super helpful in addressing these gaps and guiding us through best practices.

Clari is helping us tackle forecasting inconsistencies and improve alignment across our sales teams. Features like path to commit and path to most likely have made it easier to track deals accurately and ensure accountability for both reps and managers. It’s also streamlined how we identify gaps and overlaps in forecasts across geos, making our process far more reliable. By reducing confusion and enhancing visibility, Clari supports better decision-making and drives overall sales efficiency.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari has been immensely helpfu. It makes forecasting so much simpler and brings everything together. We used to do everything in clunky Google Sheets. But now, with Clari, it's all in one spot. It's incredibly easy to keep an eye on forecasts, pipeline changes, and how we're performing overall, all in real time.

The Inspect module has been a great flexible tool for our team. We can easily break down the data by product, segment, or region, and update all from one tab. Having that kind of visibility and organization has made our forecasting calls way more productive and we're much better informed.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Clari Forecast does not let the user make calculated fields yet which means we have to submit a ticket each time we need a change or need something created. This slows down the process for us.

I like how clean Clari is. It is well organized and easy to navigate, which really keeps me in check. Clari also ensures I am on time with my outreaches and saves me time with my meeting notes.

There are some small flaws in the email organization with Groove. When writing an email, it's not very organized, especially with the buttons and management. I also wish there was an easier way to see the emails I have scheduled to be sent out, without having to go through each individual flow.

Needing a mobile functionality for Copilot.

Clari is solving our needs when it comes to using call recordings for training purposes, AI summaries that go directly to Salesforce, and using the recordings to create battlecards. It also help logging all emails/meetings and sending flows to help with outbound and onboarding needs. to customers.

I really like Clari’s excellent user experience (UX). It truly shines in weekly forecasts and opportunity analysis. This makes the workflow intuitive and allows me to analyze week-by-week data quickly and efficiently, saving a significant amount of time and effort. I also appreciate how smooth the implementation was.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I’m concerned that the advanced “Flow View” and “Waterfall View” aren’t working well. I also find it inconvenient that it still takes extra work to get the “Inspection View” display standardized using presets.

Clari is helpful for weekly forecasting and opportunity analysis. The ability to drill down into the data and analyze individual opportunities is extremely useful, and the AI-driven forecast predictions that build on that have been very valuable.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I love that I can create my very own "Flows' and create a cadence quickly. It fully automates my emails so I can send out mass emails and it tracks when they are opened. I live an breathe on the Groove Home page and use not only the activity feed but the Groove extension will go a step further and tell me if someone also clicked a link as well. Once I see you have opened my email, that is when I attack, in a loving way, thank you groove !

We could use an easier way to load multiple contacts using Sales Force, Spaces work great it just can be time consuming and I think we could use a shortcut, just sayin'... :>

Keeps me on track on who is warm, hot or cold by activity tracking...

We use Clari on the Renewals front and hence don't use it for customer support related cases.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

1.Renewals front uses a SF's fields called 'Next steps' to capture opportunity level notes but whenever we paste an image or use copy basted information, bold texts, tables etc. the output text becomes distorted on a refreshed view and instead displays gibberish and source code like text which is really unhelpful when trying to view notes.

I wish there were more links pushed through, like links to websites, which would make these processes more seamless.

I like I can send off hundreds of emails in bulk the same day. Additionally Groove support is efficient at answering questions and resolving my issues. Very reliable team y'all have over there.

i use it frequently for my work as a BDM.

I dont really implement or integrate. thats rev ops team's job.

My frustration is with the UI. It feels very clonky and a lot of times for me groove is frequently saying an issue has occured with that little issue pop up when I'm about my normal business and then I have to stop using groove and do something else until the engineering team resolves it.

And parts of the UI seem counterintuitive and difficult.

Heres to name a few to start:
- SO many times I've started creating a flow and I accidentally x out of the screen and lose what I created. Wish the flow would save automactically as I'm building it out step by step.
- It's really easy to lose track of contacts who bounce on a flow and it gets complicated really quick between removed, bounced, exited, completed, etc. to keep things straight.
- I understand the purpose of global standards but would like to make a few exceptions to a few flows ex. we have a global standard to kick people out of a flow when they respond but when im sending out a monthly newsletter to my clients and prospects (regardless if they resond or not) i'm not able to do that very easily carrying the same audience across a multi-step flow

- sending hundreds of emails + newsletters in bulk saving me hours if not days of time
- automating templeted emails i send frequently ad hoc

The ability of Clari to provide real-time visibility into our sales pipeline and forecasting process is what I appreciate the most. Clari seamlessly integrates with our CRM and other marketing tools, which reduces the manual data entry. Clari's AI driven insights also help us prioritize actions, thus ensuring sales reps and managers can focus on right deals. About 100% of all our sales team and about 75% of entire staff use Clari. We had entire implementation and setup done within a day and internal user training was given with minimum effort. Initial glitches were sorted by Clari's exhaustive FAQ and self support section.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Clari's interface is a bit complex and a few users in our organisation found it difficult to navigate and required training to start with. Some features also require manual customisation, like dashboards and widgets. However these initial glitches were overcome by refererring to FAQs and support section.

Clari unifies the revenue related data from various sources like CRM, email, calendars into a single platform and this serves as a ssot for us. clari also improves forecast accuracy and predicatbility thus reducing our quarter end surprises.

Some implementation errors at first, for instance Auto-Renewal or Trial Opps cannot be confifigured in Clari due to their nature in the CRM.

Once set up and installed, Clari is very intuitive to use. Our sales leadership uses it exclusively for daily reviews and analysis, preferring it over Salesforce. It does a great job pulling in data from various sources (there's a level-up bonus if you use Copilot, Clari's conversational intelligence tool) and providing one view to rule them all. Changing filters and modifying the criteria to slice and dice data is easy to use and understand. The ability to use multiple revenue fields for analysis is huge. Forecasting is also easy to set up and track. Customer Support is responsive.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

There are a couple of quirks. The way it calculates win rates in its funnel analysis includes currently open opps, which is not how we would calculate win rates. Clari's Dashboards leave a lot to be desired. They are surprising limited versus how flexible the requisite data sources are. If they would expand the types of dashboard widgets and the filters on each, it would be a perfect tool.

Clari provides more flexible opportunity reporting than Salesforce provides. It also takes daily snapshots of all our sales data, which is invaluable in month-end and quarter-end board reporting.

This is incredibly easy to use both for AEs forecasting their pipeline and for CSMs forecasting their renewals/downgrades/cancellations. It was super easy to get up and running as a new user. Our Ops Director did internal enablement and we hit the ground running. We use this every week to update our forecasts and report to our leaders.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

There were some instances where a rep input notes or new ARR numbers and it didn't save. Not sure what happened but they did have to spend time inputting everything. Could have been a one off if we did an update to our platform.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, in Customer Success we were forecasting in Gainsight but leadership didn't have a way to know many quarters out how we were doing for renewals. This caused a lot of frustration with our stakeholders. Now, Clari helps us easily forecast for each quarter and identify risk or opportunities earlier. We're able to engage leadership in high ARR accounts leading up to renewal. We're able to export reports and forecast how much we need to save in order to hit our quarterly goals. It's night and day having this tool. It's been a game changer!
