The platform is tremendous, yet improving constantly, on how to interact with the data, filter calls, create workflows and automated tasks and feeds well into Slack, Hubspot, and other internal elements to keep our teams moving on a lighting fast pace.

The support team has been exceptional since we began working with them 2 years ago. Very responsive and knowledgeable without ego. IF they didn't have the answer right away, they did their due diligence to get us an answer. From the the very top to all the way through daily operations, they've been a wonderful team to work with and collaborate on building our own systems. They also take feedback and action it very quickly in terms of development (we're very lucky in that respect). I can't speak highly enough about the crew there. All very, VERY good!!

Within the app itself, over the past 2 years, the AI support to building out the automations kept getting better and better and has become very intuitive and easy to troubleshoot.

Prior to joining Ask Elephant, we were manually doing all of our own call scraping and reviews and flagging opportunities and manually pushing information from one platform to the next, which meant we were very inefficient. The investment has paid off in hundreds of hours saved, but more importantly, we're getting more data than we used to, which has been incredibly helpful in getting our internal training and signals redefined and understood.
