**What do you like best about AskElephant?**

I use AskElephant for summarizing sales calls, which helps us not rely on memory or take notes during meetings. It's sophisticated and guides you to specific portions of a call you want to review, reminding you of key concerns prospective clients have. I find it beneficial that I don't have to take notes and can focus on the call. It summarizes key points and labels them with time during the recording. The onboarding process was very quick, making it easy to start using.

**What do you dislike about AskElephant?**

It might not be the most affordable option even though it’s highly sophisticated.

**What problems is AskElephant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AskElephant summarizes sales calls, so I don't need to rely on memory or take notes. It guides me to specific portions of a call and reminds me of key client concerns, allowing me to focus on the conversation.

**What do you like best about AskElephant?**

What I like most about AskElephant is, first, their team. They are super helpful, and I meet with them almost every week to go over any workflows or agents we've created. They help us build new workflows and agents so that we can leverage AI to get the voice of our customer integrated into our marketing touchpoints. This collaboration has been one of my favorite things about working with them. I also enjoy the call recording feature, which provides video, transcripts, and an integrated AI chat that I can query. That's really handy. Our CEO also uses AskElephant for preparing demos, as it sends him critical information before meetings. The video recording is treated as table stakes, and they add an AI interface layer that lets us use calls to the max while integrating with HubSpot. It’s become a central hub for our prospect and customer voice, as well as our CRM.

Nothing.

AskElephant connects us with customer voices, solves ignorance, enhances authenticity, and identifies competitors. It enriches HubSpot, manages duplicates, and keeps our CRM clean.

**What do you like best about AskElephant?**

I love AskElephant's ability to work inside the system with meetings, allowing for extreme automation without needing third-party tools. Their AI Meeting Recaps are amazing, and I can build out AI Agents that act based on meeting triggers without requiring human interaction, which is extremely valuable. The power of the AI and its ability to automate tasks were standout reasons for switching to AskElephant from our previous tool, Fathom.

I would love if they would offer a personal plan. I would love to use this for my personal life as well!

I use AskElephant to automate tasks based on meetings, which solves a lot of manual follow-up. It allows me to build AI Agents that act on meeting triggers without human interaction, and I love the system's built-in automation features.

Working with the team at Ask Elephant has been an incredible experience. Eli, Josh, and James introduced me to the platform and taught me the ropes with Eli leading the way as an absolute master teacher. Thanks to them, I was able to quickly get up and running building custom agents inside HubSpot: ones that surface critical insights that often get missed and even help coach our team on call performance.

Beyond their technical skill, what stood out most was how smart, passionate, and genuinely collaborative they are. They care deeply about helping their partners succeed, always ready to support, guide, and share knowledge. Working with them wasn’t just productive; it was genuinely fun.

**What problems is AskElephant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ask Elephant is solving one of the biggest gaps in enablement and CRM adoption — the loss of insight that happens between conversations and systems.
In my work, teams live inside HubSpot, but the real context: the why behind deals, objections, and performance, often stays buried in call recordings or gets lost in notes no one reads.

Ask Elephant changes that. It lets me build custom agents directly inside HubSpot that:

Surface critical insights automatically (like missed buying signals or risk indicators)

Coach reps on call performance in real time

And push meaningful context back into the CRM, so it’s visible where teams actually work.

The benefit is immediate:

Reps get just-in-time coaching and clearer next steps.

**What do you like best about AskElephant?**

I find AskElephant incredibly easy to use, which saves me a lot of time and effort. Its user-friendly nature means that I seldom need to reach out for help, but when I do, the support from their team is incredibly responsive and helpful, resolving my issues very quickly. This easy usability allows me to accomplish most tasks in just a few minutes, making it efficient for my needs. I appreciate how it structures all the data gathered during meetings and helps execute it through workflows and agent automation, significantly enhancing my team's productivity and success. The fact that it integrates effortlessly with other tools I use, like Salesforce and my calendar, further enhances its value by fitting seamlessly into my existing workflow. AskElephant's powerful platform and excellent workflows, which I believe offer ten times the value compared to the AI summaries of Fathom, have been a significant reason for switching to it. Overall, the combination of its ease of use, responsive support, and impactful workflows makes AskElephant a valuable tool for me.

There are very minor UX things that can be improved. They already have these improvements on their road map, so it's an early-stage concern and doesn't bother me too much because the platform is powerful.

We love AskElephant's integration with HubSpot, which helps us stay aligned and informed. The simple setup process and supportive team made our transition smooth. I appreciate the AI's ability to interact with meeting transcripts, improving visibility and efficiency. Workflow automation in Slack enhances our productivity. Their responsive support team consistently assists us by resolving issues promptly.

We wish there was a pricing model that made it easier for our entire company to use AskElephant. We have users who wouldn't use the product very much but could benefit from access and different pricing structure that accommodate this scenario would be great.

**What do you like best about AskElephant?**

I've used about every sales tool that exists and AskElephant is the only one I refuse to go without. Every sales and revenue tool has some sort of AI buzzword nonsense in it now they are barely parlor tricks. They are too generalized to be useful, too vague and require tons of editing, or completely hallucinate facts and get you into trouble.

AskElephant was built for knowledge transfer. It helps me communicate better with my prospects, align on their project scopes, develop better business cases with them, and transfer that knowledge to my leadership team so they know how deals are progressing.

It coaches me on my calls.

It answers questions with detail.

It doesn't miss things that other AI tools do.

The team at AskElephant helps me create workflows specific to my sales process and to my environment.

It even helps me with my handoffs to implementation and CS teammates.

I use it every single day.

I haven't found anything I dislike about it yet. Quite the contrary, the team gets more impressive every time they make enhancements.

AskElephant has been a huge asset for us, and it keeps getting better. What really stands out is how customer-focused the team is. They don’t just ship features—they actually listen, iterate quickly, and keep making the platform more powerful based on real user feedback. That’s rare.

The ease of use has also come a long way. Every update makes it smoother to navigate and easier to pull the insights we need. It’s clear they’re intentional about UX, and that makes a big difference when you’re using it daily.

AskElephant Workflows have been next level. Each meeting now can be turned into actionable data, effortlessly and efficiently. Workflows integrate incredibly well with what we are already doing and using within our CRM and internal processes. Whether it’s summarizing key details, streamlining follow-ups, or making sense of complex conversations, it’s become an essential part of our day-to-day.

AskElephant is smart, evolving, and powerful.

**What do you dislike about AskElephant?**

Right now, AskElephant is pretty fantastic. As much as I love how their custom workflows do so much more of the heavy lifting, it does take some time or previous understanding of how workflows function in similar environments. Not being well versed in these things prior to using AskElephant, it took me a little longer to grasp how to create truly useful workflows. I had to work with AskElephant's team and our own CRM manager to gain that knowledge.

That said, anything worth using is worth learning.

AskElephant is able to take all of our calls and meeting transcripts and make clear actionable data for every team. Even when someone isn't in a call, they still have the ability to gather insight and valuable data that can be used to make better decisions. Once workflows and prompts are in place, it truly effortless and saves our RevOps, Sales, and CS teams valuable time.

**What do you like best about AskElephant?**

I use AskElephant as a source of truth for what's going on with a specific deal or account. It's better than my CRM because it actually knows all of the transcripts from the calls and I can chat not just about a single call but multiple calls. I also love the workflows that it facilitates for us, things like updating certain fields in our CRM or sending us a slack update about accounts with churn risk.

**What do you dislike about AskElephant?**

The interface needs some love. It's a great product but I have to message the team to do most of the configuration rather than doing it myself. Luckily, they're willing to do that work for me which is great. But I wish it'd also be easier to use.

**What problems is AskElephant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me manage workflows that used to be manual but are now automated with AskElephant.

**What do you like best about AskElephant?**

AskElephant significantly increases our ability to serve our customers. We end every call knowing exactly what we need to do, the right folks get notified, potential areas of concern are made known to our sales leadership... it's actually pretty wild. It's like someone joins every call, obsesses over every detail, and then updates what needs to be updated in our CRM while it also notifies the right people about the right things. We win more deals because of it, our CRM is more accurate and up to date. We get notified of everything that matters in slack immediately. It's now one of those things that we can't live without. Oh, and the team keeps pushing out workflows for new use-cases everyday. It's almost too many workflows that I need - I can't keep on top of it. Support is quick, it is easy to use... I use it multiple times everyday and then it automatically provides value throughout the day for our whole team. Worth every dollar and then some.

**What do you dislike about AskElephant?**

The only downside is that their workflow capability doesn't have a search functionality. Sometimes it is hard to see what is there and in the library, but I am sure that downside will be fixed pretty quickly. They move super fast! 

Oh, one other downside - the workflow building could be a little bit easier. It is not hard per se, but it does take some getting use to (~20 minutes of training). I wish they had a Youtube or self-serve way to learn how to build workflows. Maybe they do and I just haven't seen it.

**What problems is AskElephant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of problems! Information gathering, meeting preparation, communication with sales leadership, CRM updating, coaching sales team members, writing high quality emails to prospects, speed to following up with prospects and customers, knowing when an account is at risk... I could go on and on. The big benefit is that we capitalize on ALL the information we have access to and we do it quickly. Our people are significantly more productive and a lot less falls through the cracks. For sales that means more revenue, better learnings, product improves faster. We are seeing all of those things since implementing AskElephant.

**What do you like best about AskElephant?**

It automates the most tedious/monotonous tasks that were bogging down my sales team. Things like note-taking, or updating certain fields in our CRM, or crafting the followup email, or generating to-dos -- stuff that IS critical, but that takes so much time. AskElephant automates ALL of that.

**What do you dislike about AskElephant?**

Now that I've had a taste of what AskElephant can do, I actually just want MORE use cases for how to leverage the AI and the functionality to find more and more ways to save time. They've nailed what they do, I just can't get enough.

**What problems is AskElephant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AskElephant solves several major problems for my team. First, it completely solves the Conversation Intelligence / note-taking use case -- all of your meetings are recorded, analyzed, with accurate transcripts spot-on summaries, next steps, action items, and even updates to the CRM (e.g. they talked about a competitor, so it can add the competitors mentioned to the "Competitor" field in my CRM, for example). Second, it delivers coaching around our sales conversations. Third, it provides rapid intelligence into the overall context of relationships with prospects -- I can ask questions and it can review EVERY call, every email, and every note with a given customer to find the answer. These are our top 3 use cases, but someone on my team seems to pick up a new use case every week.

**What do you like best about AskElephant?**

AskElephant's integration into our daily operations has been highly beneficial.  It facilitates comprehensive note-taking during meetings and calls, and empowers staff to provide concise end-of-day project summaries and productivity updates. This significantly streamlines company-wide information management.
The support staff and AI engineers are prompt with responses and help with integration and creativity when it comes to designing work flows. I would highly recommend this software for any business in any field.

Really nothing now. They've made loads of updates that have resolved all of my issues with uploading recordings and they are integrating with more software all the time.

AskElephant helps us automate recording notes into Hubspot from our sales calls. It was easy to implement, the customer support is incredible, and their team is laser focused on building features that actually make a difference for us.

AskElephant is a new product, but they've been great to work with so far as they are able to be extremely nimble in taking feedback and making changes quickly for us.

Making the best use of time as a founder is super super important and wasting any on managerial and manual tasks SUCK. AskElephant makes it so i don't have to keep track of things manually and instead is like having a blend of an EA with a RevOps analyst that makes sure our deal cycle and sales process is efficient.

There is nothing right now since every idea i bring to them, they ship the next day!

**What problems is AskElephant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of sales follow-ups, email follow-ups, take-aways and overall keeping the momentum with sales and product is key and this makes sure that I don't have to do any of that manually.

Not only can I take my unstructured meeting data and bring the insights into my CRM, we can now take CRM data, linkedin insights, web insights to help our sales team show up to calls better prepared then ever. 

Our teams feedback has been AMAZING and we are running sales calls better then ever by building in call coaching and company insights. 

Wish this would have been around when we first started building our sales team because it's that much of a game changer.

Small improvements in creating workflows for non AI people but that is just me being picky

Ability to use multiple workflows and choose your AI models. Fast transcriptions and the email followups it generates are better than the competition. We switched to askelephant from gong. Very happy with the responsive team.

This tool has changed how we approach business. We are saving hours weekly, which has led to increased revenue.

It seems like the system is asking for a required field, even though you've already provided "none" as an answer.

Time optimization, syncing on communications before and after meetings, drawing on transcriptions to avoid miscommunications, and the time saved by automating these processes is excellent.
