What do you like best about AskElephant?

What I like most about AskElephant is, first, their team. They are super helpful, and I meet with them almost every week to go over any workflows or agents we've created. They help us build new workflows and agents so that we can leverage AI to get the voice of our customer integrated into our marketing touchpoints. This collaboration has been one of my favorite things about working with them. I also enjoy the call recording feature, which provides video, transcripts, and an integrated AI chat that I can query. That's really handy. Our CEO also uses AskElephant for preparing demos, as it sends him critical information before meetings. The video recording is treated as table stakes, and they add an AI interface layer that lets us use calls to the max while integrating with HubSpot. What do you like best about AskElephant?

I love AskElephant's ability to work inside the system with meetings, allowing for extreme automation without needing third-party tools. Their AI Meeting Recaps are amazing, and I can build out AI Agents that act based on meeting triggers without requiring human interaction, which is extremely valuable. What do you like best about AskElephant?

Working with the team at Ask Elephant has been an incredible experience. Eli, Josh, and James introduced me to the platform and taught me the ropes with Eli leading the way as an absolute master teacher. Thanks to them, I was able to quickly get up and running building custom agents inside HubSpot: ones that surface critical insights that often get missed and even help coach our team on call performance.

Beyond their technical skill, what stood out most was how smart, passionate, and genuinely collaborative they are. They care deeply about helping their partners succeed, always ready to support, guide, and share knowledge. Working with them wasn’t just productive; it was genuinely fun.

What do you like best about AskElephant?

I find AskElephant incredibly easy to use, which saves me a lot of time and effort. Its user-friendly nature means that I seldom need to reach out for help, but when I do, the support from their team is incredibly responsive and helpful, resolving my issues very quickly. This easy usability allows me to accomplish most tasks in just a few minutes, making it efficient for my needs. I appreciate how it structures all the data gathered during meetings and helps execute it through workflows and agent automation, significantly enhancing my team's productivity and success. The fact that it integrates effortlessly with other tools I use, like Salesforce and my calendar, further enhances its value by fitting seamlessly into my existing workflow. AskElephant's powerful platform and excellent workflows, which I believe offer ten times the value compared to the AI summaries of Fathom, have been a significant reason for switching to it. What do you like best about AskElephant?

I've used about every sales tool that exists and AskElephant is the only one I refuse to go without. Every sales and revenue tool has some sort of AI buzzword nonsense in it now they are barely parlor tricks. They are too generalized to be useful, too vague and require tons of editing, or completely hallucinate facts and get you into trouble.

AskElephant was built for knowledge transfer. It helps me communicate better with my prospects, align on their project scopes, develop better business cases with them, and transfer that knowledge to my leadership team so they know how deals are progressing.

It coaches me on my calls.

It answers questions with detail.

It doesn't miss things that other AI tools do.

The team at AskElephant helps me create workflows specific to my sales process and to my environment.

It even helps me with my handoffs to implementation and CS teammates.

What do you like best about AskElephant?

AskElephant has been a huge asset for us, and it keeps getting better. What really stands out is how customer-focused the team is. They don’t just ship features—they actually listen, iterate quickly, and keep making the platform more powerful based on real user feedback. That’s rare.

The ease of use has also come a long way. Every update makes it smoother to navigate and easier to pull the insights we need. It’s clear they’re intentional about UX, and that makes a big difference when you’re using it daily.

AskElephant Workflows have been next level. Each meeting now can be turned into actionable data, effortlessly and efficiently. Workflows integrate incredibly well with what we are already doing and using within our CRM and internal processes. Whether it’s summarizing key details, streamlining follow-ups, or making sense of complex conversations, it’s become an essential part of our day-to-day.

What do you dislike about AskElephant?

Right now, AskElephant is pretty fantastic. As much as I love how their custom workflows do so much more of the heavy lifting, it does take some time or previous understanding of how workflows function in similar environments. Not being well versed in these things prior to using AskElephant, it took me a little longer to grasp how to create truly useful workflows. I had to work with AskElephant's team and our own CRM manager to gain that knowledge.

What do you like best about AskElephant?

I use AskElephant as a source of truth for what's going on with a specific deal or account. It's better than my CRM because it actually knows all of the transcripts from the calls and I can chat not just about a single call but multiple calls. I also love the workflows that it facilitates for us, things like updating certain fields in our CRM or sending us a slack update about accounts with churn risk. The interface needs some love. It's a great product but I have to message the team to do most of the configuration rather than doing it myself. Luckily, they're willing to do that work for me which is great. But I wish it'd also be easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AskElephant?

AskElephant significantly increases our ability to serve our customers. We end every call knowing exactly what we need to do, the right folks get notified, potential areas of concern are made known to our sales leadership... it's actually pretty wild. It's like someone joins every call, obsesses over every detail, and then updates what needs to be updated in our CRM while it also notifies the right people about the right things. We win more deals because of it, our CRM is more accurate and up to date. We get notified of everything that matters in slack immediately. It's now one of those things that we can't live without. Oh, and the team keeps pushing out workflows for new use-cases everyday. It's almost too many workflows that I need - I can't keep on top of it. Support is quick, it is easy to use... I use it multiple times everyday and then it automatically provides value throughout the day for our whole team. Worth every dollar and then some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AskElephant?

The only downside is that their workflow capability doesn't have a search functionality. Sometimes it is hard to see what is there and in the library, but I am sure that downside will be fixed pretty quickly. They move super fast!

Oh, one other downside - the workflow building could be a little bit easier. It is not hard per se, but it does take some getting use to (~20 minutes of training). I wish they had a Youtube or self-serve way to learn how to build workflows. Maybe they do and I just haven't seen it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
