During the crisis, when my e-shop was suffering, I reduced operating costs to a minimum, including the Smartlook service, which was not essential. I would especially like to commend the fact that there are plenty of guides, recommendations, and videos on functionality available online, but having the option to resolve technical issues with a live expert is an absolute necessity.
