It's free and I really just needed the basics - to reply to people, but it's terribly confusing, overloaded with information, and moreover in English. Then I remembered Smartsupp (I had it on other websites before), I had a good experience with it in the past, it's clear, has a wide range of useful features, and now they've added templates for automatic replies, so it can be set up practically after registration in a few clicks in 5-10 minutes, which wasn't possible before. It's also entirely in Czech and I understand it. As a bonus (for me it's a bonus, I didn't need it, I have another tool for that), there's traffic analysis - who came, IP address, I can name the visitor or block them immediately, etc., which is really very useful. And it also guides you step by step and they have video tutorials. I can set it up, but for new clients, it's great in my opinion. **What do you dislike about Smartsupp?** Before, there were recordings of website visitors, now there aren't :( but I already have another tool for that, but if they restored it, I wouldn't mind :) and since I need both a chatbot, automatic messages, and those recordings, if it were like before with everything in Smartsupp, I would buy a subscription, otherwise I have to use another tool for recordings now, which is also paid, but it doesn't have a chatbot, Smartsupp does, so it's extra costs for me...
