Run-of-the-mill grayness. After trying it, I must state that it is the exact opposite. I was particularly impressed by the chatbot, which at first glance looks complicated, but if you dedicate some time to thorough setup, it will do almost all the work for you. We are currently waiting for the launch of a new AI feature, but it cannot be evaluated yet. **What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you?** In our field, personal contact with the customer is important.
