When I first started using it, I didn’t find it very intuitive to figure out where certain functions were located. I know now that basic things like editing text or viewing image layers are easy to find, but in the beginning it took some trial and error, plus reading the help docs and doing a few searches, to get the answers I needed. Also, with certain documents, when I try to change the view or edit, there can be too many layers and it ends up locking up my computer. The Acrobat reader allows us to open the pdf formatted documents to be esigned and shared as a quickest means. The new AI features in acrobat allows to summarize the documentation in case if we need a quick overview.

It's easy to be integrated for the documents to open in acrobat. The UI/ UX is good and beautifully presentable. The documents are able to open faster relying on the performance enhancements by the Acrobat.

The user interface is really simple, and this makes navigation easy. I have used other readers as well and have found them to have poor navigation, which affects the overall quality. I can edit the PDF well, and it allows me to e-sign, which is quite important for contracts and invoices. It works smoothly across desktop, mobile, and cloud, so I can access files anywhere. Also, I recently used a new AI feature that gives me quick summaries, saving time. Another good aspect is the onboarding. As software, it is very simple to get started with. Adobe Acrobat was a useful PDF editing software for my day to day work deliverables, not only for turning around official work documents quickly, but also for editing my personal PDF files. I found the software interface really user-friendly and easy for new users to get started with.

The editing capabilities Adobe Acrobat provides for PDFs are exactly what professionals like myself would need to get documents edited and sent out quickly. It allowed me to edit text, graphics, and images, and it also made it easy to add my official signature to work documents. I also used the redact feature very often when sharing highly confidential documents, which was a super useful option in my opinion.

Another helpful feature that I used very often was the Scan & OCR which worked very accurately and helped digitize paper documents in a short amount of time, saving on manual digitization effort.

Lavoro su più progetti per clienti contemporaneamente, e le capacità di modifica da sole mi hanno fatto risparmiare innumerevoli ore. Posso entrare in qualsiasi PDF, ristrutturare il contenuto, sostituire pagine o aggiungere annotazioni senza mai aver bisogno del file sorgente. Gli strumenti di commento e markup sono davvero utili durante i cicli di revisione del design: posso inserire feedback precisi direttamente sui mockup dell'interfaccia utente o sui documenti tecnici e condividerli di nuovo in pochi minuti. Il flusso di lavoro per le firme elettroniche merita una menzione speciale: ciò che prima richiedeva stampa, firma, scansione e invio via email è ora un compito di due minuti. Acrobat has been very helpful to me since 2006, it is widely available for almost all the OS - be it 32 or 64 bit. The option available are very helpful and the best part is the software is very fast to and reliable.

It's interface is very simple yet very appealing till date. You open as many as possible documents and work together with no issue.

In my knowledge I have had many readers in experience, but none was such super fine. Moreover, it can share meta data as well about the files I have opened and the pricing according to me is very much on point.

Adding to it is the ease in installation of the same software/application, you can easily install it and get start to work in very minimal time. And if gets any issue you can easily reinstall and get back at the same place where it all started to happen.

Lastly, I am really enjoying the AI feature offered. It helps me to near perfection as I was able to understand and extract the pinpoints of a 1200 page in no more than mins. I love how it handles 'Organize Pages.' I’m constantly having to merge spreadsheets, Word docs, and photos into a single pitch deck for clients. Being able to drag and drop pages, rotate them, and delete fluff without leaving the app is a massive time-saver. Top most used any device PDF viewer and editor, can add signatures in 1 tap. User interface is easy to access.

I haven't used any integrations yet part yet but there are other integrations available. Integrations are not the key part here. Integration was smooth.

Performance is smooth and would be better if it doesn't keep asking for premium plan subscription.

Support and onboarding is slightly but pushy to buy a plan.

Editing PDF and adding signatures without any need of printing. That's the main use for me. The UI UX is slightly easy to understand. Integrations are not something that I need daily. Performance is fine but adding a signature then after saving there is no undo, it asks to redact which needs a paid plan which is expensive. Support is not available 24 by 7.
