The UI is great, it's easy to add new partners to the account, and you can share different amounts of information on a case by case basis.

With the recent change of plans that were announced at the Connector Summit, Crossbeam has limited basic plan users to export up to 100 records. The new change will reduce our usage and require us to revert back to manual mapping.

I really like that InsideView is plugged into my CRM tool. I have a daily summary alert set up for whenever one of my account announce a new press release - this way you can easily stay abreast of important news without having to manually monitor accounts.

Data is often inaccurate due to an apparent lack of cleansing. Data is proved by users and any errors only seem to be found if spotted by other users. There can be upwards of 10 people at any one company that are shown to hold the same position.
